Pleasant quaffer, refreshing. A bit of pettilance, though I preferred it once it sat in the glass a bit. Mostly grapefruit and citrus aromas and flavors, and a hint of guava. Light/med body, med/high acidity, dry to taste. Sense of minerality as well. Clean and pleasant, lacking the aromatics to really be attention grabbing, though.

Loved this Gruner. It had all the fruit (grapefruit, white peach) and lift of name-your-favorite 1 liter beer cap bottle, but clearer and more intense. Add to that some more serious structuring elements like grass and stem tannin (sort of an analogue good Loire Sauv Blanc) and this wine is both serious enough and a casual glass. Crazy food friendly too, great qpr!

Gruner Veltliner has improved greatly, in general, over the past 10 years. This wine is subtle, crisp, fruity and dry. Light aroma of apples and peaches, with similar flavor son the palate. Slightly off-dry and quite pleasant aftertaste. Recommended.

Quite tasty - classic Gruner w/ strong acidity & good minerality. Will pair with well with many food options. Good QPR.

What a killer bottle for the price! Fans of dry white wine, look no more. This kicks ass. Go out and try one.

Savory, off dry, with just the right touch of fizz. Best $13 value in a long time. It was better on day 1/chilled.
