A very clean pure dark red. On the nose: scented leather, black fruit, slightly metallic edge. Medium full body, blackcurrant fruit and leaves. Good length.

This is 100% Syrah and according to the winery does 6 months in vats before 12 months in small to mid sized barrels, a mix of new and slightly older oak.
This is very vibrant, even exuberant at first. Still a deep red colour. The nose shows quite ripe purple berries. Very fruit driven. A touch of yeasty warmth but the alcohol level as stated is only 13.5%. The palate is a bit warm and over ripe, veering towards slightly stewed fruits.
Not objectionable, just seems a bit muddled right now. For me I would drink up but it may regain composure.

During a tasting event. Dark purple. Fruity nose of licorice, with a very slight touch of pepper. Soft and succulent palate but with good structure and length. Very fine Syrah with an attractive price.

Medium intense aromas of black pepper, blackcurrants, paint bucket, roasted coffee, raspberries, liquorice, elder flowers and roses.
Medium acidity, quite fruity and round with no real tannins. Medium body, and a medium intensity and a slightly warm finish (14,5% abv).
A nice nose with young fruit and a delicate spiciness. Lacking depth and structure on the palate though, and had i paid for this myself I would have felt slightly robbed at 180SEK ($20).

These wines are supposed to be well in their drinking window but all the bottles i opened lately (from a pro cellar) seemed to be "cooked".

Decent, but not as interesting or complex as the 2011. 2012 is not a great year in the south of France.

Dark ruby. Refreshing acidity. Dark fruit and spices, most notably anise. Goes well with schnitzel.

Nowhere near as good as the 2011. This seems a little dilute to me. Not bad, but not worth the money in this vintage.
