Deep red. Fine, spicey, balanced. Mature but will perhaps stay like this for decades. Wonderful, complex red and blue fruited palate. Lovely balance. Softness yet power. Great BJ. Chermette is a master. I will hold my last bottle for 10-15 years.

Fresh & lifted. Lots of red fruits and spice with some sauvage complexity. Medium bodied & delicious with fine tannin & a lovely mineral spine. Plenty of life ahead here.

Bright red fruited strawberries, lingonberries, pomegranate, lipstick, complex spice, mineralite and a hint of barnyard. Gorgeous nose, a little more austere on the palate which is quite light bodied.

This is on the very beginning of its evolution. Very fresh, rich fruit, dry grippy tannins and lifted acidity. Great balance and a lot of promise in comming and going aromas of smoke, toast, or slate. The palate is structured and long, finishing clean and dry.

Gamay vs Cabernet Franc (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Sweet cherry over wild ferment, wet clay and some meaty elements…juicy to the point of sourness, finishes a little bitter as well. Not as good as other wines I've had from this producer.

Lovely, sweet nose, lifted, surprisingly complex. Palate lightish but deceptive. The acid will carry for quite while and I expect it will show more devt with time.

Stony and mineraly with density of blue and black fruit. A joy to devour! And another good to excellent vintage for Beaujolais! 09, 11, 13 seem to be the magic vintages (not that 10 was a slouch!)

PNP. color dark with ruby edges. nose is dense dark fruit with some match-stick. Swishing unleashes the acid beast, but sipping allows the fruit to subdue the acid. good not great IMO. i would give this one some time

Hot damn I love a good bojo. This one is quite delicate, with a floral sort of cotton candy aroma, with hints of raspberry and blood orange. The palate is gorgeous, very fruity and vibrant, but mostly driven by a strong but integrated acidity that drives out a nice dry finish with medium length. So so smash-able.

Label change to a much more traditional label (typical of French wine labels in France), and yet wearing a screwcap! The nose is ultra traditional: full of carbonic cherry and recurrant with a little sweet blackcurrant throw in as there's a slight darknes

Lovely richness yet gamay softness. Good length. Drinking nicely but will develop and be long lived.
