Very pale straw in color. Starts off a touch hot and ripe. Luckily the acidity breaks through and saves this. A bit of chalk, stoniness, and even salinity to this with a hint of Ramonet mint and a grapefruit rind finish. Very refreshing.

Very clean nose of mixed florals, crushed gravel, pear, liquorice, almond skins, fresh birch leaves. Elegant palate of pear, lime, celery, some tangerine, camomile, the typical Ramonet mint, caramel, with a broad mineral content providing a nice base. Good length, smooth, with a slight green note. This builds up in intensity nicely with aeration at slightly below room temperature.
