Hungary Cabernet Franc tasting: Complex nose - some barnyard, soft sweet cherries, a hint of pickle. Ripe, quite extracted, vanilla, medium dry, long, some herbaciousness. Herbs, thyme on the finish. With time even chocolate appears. Very nice.
