Light yellow-green with CO2 spritz. Light nose of peach, honey, apple, floral/musk aromas. Off-dry, tangy moderate acidity, light body, yellow plums and petrol on the rich mid-palate. Spicy, mineral finish. Medium length. Quite good and only just beginning to develop non-fruit flavour.

Drinking quite well now. Not a lot of added complexity from age, but more nuance and clarity with the loss of youthful fat. Good acidity and textural depth. It's easy to drink quite a lot of this wine in a short amount of time.

German Riesling Offline (Counts Manor): Love this! it needed the 2-3 hour decanting and actually was best 9 hours later (a glassfull was left in the decanter and i am driniking it as i type)
this is real pfalz - tropical overlay, nose that makes your mouth water. pineapples and peaches and apricot?the midpalatte is rich - almoust like a spat, still bit too sweet in the middle but the finish is perfect, long and full of minerality... YUMMY!

Light straw in color. Green apple, touch of grass, and minerality in the nose. Off dry attack with green apple, lemon zest, and great acidity on palate as well as finish. Overall, happy with value.

Medium yellow with visible bubbles. Medium arom of mineral and caramel fruit. Zingy CO2 and acidity on the palate. Medium weight with a nice long finish and a taste of wet minerals. 8/04

Singing in the key of kabinett. Off-dry, light, peach fruity, stony, and stuffed with racy acidity, this wine is archetypal kabinett in the true Pfalz style (so it’s pretty big if you’re a Mosel wine fan), but still instantly identifiable as a kabinett. There’s not many of them around these days, so if you see it, snap it up. Drink it while there’s still a chance of a heat wave. There’s nothing so lovely as kabinett on a hot day.

Continues to be a fine example of German riesling. Unfortunately I think this is my last bottle

A crowd fav esp among the ladies. Those who have never had a quality Kabinett are always shocked when I tell them what it is

Classic kabinett in style; light-medium bodied, slighly off dry, nice citrus and mineral notes on the palate (B+).
