Medium bodied, very dry, refreshing, subtle red berries with peppery notes and some austerity. Beautiful tight style. Great with the artichoke soup at Aito.

As satisfying an experience as I've had with Bandol rose. Just excellent wine. Smells musty at first but blows off with 5-10 minutes, and reveals detailed aromas of ripe fruit - musky and spicy, complex and inviting, and all shot through with bright sunshine and a mineral note that shows more prominently on day 2. . Exuberant and joyous on the palate, and entirely focused too, with beautiful spicy fruit flavors, a metallic kind of minerality, and acidity that flows throughout the wine and lingers after swallowing. Serious, joyous, delicious rose.

Light clear orange. Nicely balanced with clean, open fruit and acidity. Crispness offset by roundness and some light fleshiness. May be even better in a year or two.

Translucent pale salmon; faint watermelon jolly rancher, peach; med acidity, med weight and quite sappy for a rose with ample minerality and good length; lovely and would be even better if it had a bit more acid backbone

Fun stuff. 50% Cinsault, 50% Mourvèdre. Lovely fruit notes, apricot and melon. Both rich and light at the same time. Paired with scallops and salty Parmesan broth - fabulous.

PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs -translucent pale peach/orange -restrained, cantaloupe, saline -med acidity, med- weight med concentration, watermelon Jolly Rancher, finishes with a haunting sappiness -very good, not quite as dynamic as the 2012 at this stage

A bit austere and closed on the first night, really opened nicely on night 2. Very structured with just a bit of fruitiness coming through. Good acidity. Much better than the first bottle I had.

A nice savory note to go with seashell, pebble, and hints of blood orange, peach, but really more of a structured/mineral rose than the usual underripe red fruit. It has medium plus acid with slight hint of plumpness as well as tannin. Probably a rose for in 1-2 yr and certainly one of the more serious while remaining a freshness.

Needs some time to open. More savory than fruity with stemy notes with fennel, a slight peach note and huge granite like minerality. Dense and structured and a bit tight.

Nice nose, a bit complex Flowers, anise, and strawberry. On taste nice spine, with hint of sweetness which bothered me. I like it but a bit too neutral and sweet compared to previous versions. Still very nice with a short to medium finish. 'i always question the price point though. I think it is cheaper in France.

Pale salmon color. Refined and subtle on the nose, with gentle strawberry and raspberry fruit aromas and floral notes of rose petal and perfume. Dry and mineral on the palate, with just a hint of the fruit and a refreshing, bracing texture.

Is this the worlds greatest rose? I don't know but I enjoyed this bottle. Hope to try an aged bottle of this wine one day.

This wine was glorious in 2013 but after several 2014s, it took a step down. Nose more muted.

Beautiful. Along with Tempier's Bandol Rose, Chateau Pradeaux is a standard in Provencal rose excellence.
