Cool, lemony melons with a touch of sweetness, rounded into something more crystalline with the few years time. Shines right now but no rush here. Crazy stupid value.

From magnum. This showed really well with the few years of age on it, and I'd say it definitely improved with that time, seemingly to balance the acids and deliver a rounder mouthfeel.

Coravin pour over 2 days with a variety of foods: massaman curry with cabbage, potato, onions, carrots, coconut milk and garbanzo beans (a rare, vegan meal) and 4-cheese mac and cheese.
Notes of pear, lemon, tangerine, honeysuckle, spice.
Drink now. Was good value for $14.

Mouth: Sweet lime, pear, white flower. Palate kicks off with a tingling acidity that's taken over by the very smooth, lush and wet pear/lime. Zippy acidity against the backdrop of the sugar here feels almost effervescent.
Overall: High in quality, the mouthfeel especially is excellent. This is still sweeter than I'd like a in a dry riesling, but is put together well enough that I don't mind, overall a really nice package. 100% Riesling.

From magnum. Showing better today from magnum than it was from 750 back in January. Reasonably generous aromas of spiced pear, grilled pineapple, and tangerine with similar flavors appearing on the well-balanced palate. Medium acid and a medium(-)-length finish.
Still a lower concentration and in general a lower-quality wine than the '15 or '16 iterations. Nevertheless, enjoyable and recommended if you can find it. "Very good," 88/100.

PnP at cellar temperature. A little shy on the nose with spiced and tinned pear aromas. Nicely rounded and well integrated on the palate, but with subpar concentration. Flavors included continued pear with blended peach, lemon, and tropical aspects. Guided by silky medium acid. Finishes medium.
Lack of concentration, characteristic of the vintage, really handicapped this wine. It was "very good" to the tune of 87/100.

Pleasant stone fruit, citrus and herbal aromas. The palate matches. Dry, just a little fruitiness backed by medium acid and noticeable minerality. Drinking well now and should continue to do so for a few more years.

A beautiful, mgraceful wine. Intense leeches and apricot fruit backed up by the right amount of acidity, all in perfect balance. A tiny bit of RS holds the whole thing together. Bravo!

For those who are more accustomed to German style dry Riesling, this may seem a little sweeter than you expected but you can't complain when it is just plain delicious.
The nose is full of apples, mango, honey, citrus. and sweet floral notes
Palate starts off with good acidity and opens up to sweet apple, sweet pear with good minerality. Not overly complex, but that's not what you're really looking for when you're drinking this.

Pale straw color, no imperfections. Aromas of ripe mango, pear, peaches, nectarine, honeysuckle. On the palette, medium acidity, medium minus alcohol, stone fruits, honeydew melon. Long clean finish

Pale straw color. Nose of golden apple, a hint of lime zest and some subtle floral aromas. Apple and pear flavors on the palate with a bit of citrus and a nice underlying streak of wet stone and minerality. Medium+ acidity with a nice, crisp mouthfeel and decent finish. Clearly identifiable as riesling and an enjoyable version of one at that. Paired well with spicy indian food.

Tasted at the winery. Floral, spice and minerals on the aromatic nose. Starts off with the more tart notes of lime and citrus, adding in orchard fruit notes, (especially apple) and finishing with rounding mineral/slate qualities. The highlight of this wine was the level of acidity and how well it balanced with the fruit, especially on the finish. Perhaps just a touch less complex than I would've liked, but still a very good Finger Lakes riesling and one that should improve and last for several years.

Pale straw. Nose of ripe apple with a hint of citrus peel. Juicy apple in the mouth, lacking complexity, but with enough acidity to give this wine nice grip and structure.

Pale straw. The nose on this wine shows sweet apples, hints of citrus and honey. In the mouth the fruit is quite ripe, so for me this is a semi-dry wine, probably 3.5% r.s. or so residual sugar, but with enough acidity to give it structure. A slightly effervescent impression on the finish, although the wine isn't fizzy. If you like semi-dry Riesling you'll like this much more than me.
