750 ml, decanted 1 hour, drank over 3 hours at 60 degrees. Pale yellow to gold color. Great nose with aromas of pear, melon and slight citrus. Initial taste of apricot, papaya and ripe melon, with a touch of citrus orange and pear. Good acidity adding crispness and definition to the flavors. Tongue coating finish which went on for over a minute. The flavors and definition were consistent from start to finish thanks to ample acidity. Mature and in a great place right now. Given the acidity, it will likely continue to hold up for a few more years.

This was not as good as some of my previous bottles. I don’t know whether it was just a bad bottle. But it was not as fresh and crisp as some of the other i have had

Beth's bottle. Holy majoly, what a wine. Didn't think you could make an SB this intricate and forceful in Napa Valley. Complex, clean mouthfilling fruit with melon, pear, grapefruit, and gooseberry with tarragon and lemon grass. Loved it.

Nice golden color. First nose of floral and pear. Opens up immensely on the second nose with more pronounced floral and pear in addition to honeysuckle and Mellon. Soft in the mouth. Sharp and crisp with floral notes.

Something off with this bottle. The cork was split. A bit of sulphur with the citrus. Maybe some oxidation. The palette is where this really suffers. Muted oxidation with a short finish. Odd.

No formal note, this popped out of the glass with nice mineral intensity and zippy acidity around grapefruit and lemon, with a long finish. Superb sauv blanc.

A great Sav Blanc from Quintessa with plenty of citrus flavor without the high acid. Paired well with blackened yellowfin tuna and shrimp tacos. Horizontal tasted with friends compared to B Cellars 2014 Sav Blanc and Blend 23, plus a Signorello 2013 Seta. Good night!

Yellow bordering on golden. Excellent structure. Slightly smoky and oaky. Hints of lemon with good minerality. Well balanced and refreshing. Nothing wrong with this at the price.

62/38 Napa/Sonoma fruit. Sees some neutral oak, stainless, and concrete. Blended with 16% Semillion. High intensity nose shows grapefruit, slate, sour lemon, lemongrass, burned pineapple, must, kiwi. Palate is full bodied, a little hot, large citrus of lemon/lime, slight spice, tropical layers, high acidity, medium plus alcohol, medium plus body and finish. This is good, but the heat makes it a certain style that you need to be ready for.

incredibly pronounced nose of grapefruit soda. Fresca. Tropical. The taste isn't as sweet as the nose, and actually went very well with grilled salmon. From the nose I didn't think I would like this, but it was decent.

A really great expression of sauv blanc. Low acidity, nice light floral on the nose, tart but not overdone. One of the better California sauv blancs.
