botrytis gives it a softer texture but theres grit from the extract and botrytis. some RS, mostly yellow stone fruit. drink up now before the bitterness takes over

Color: medium yellow Nose: medium intensity. Complex tropical and white fruits. Nose opened with air... unique spices -- cinnamon and vanilla Body/flavor: medium to full bodied. Complex, rich flavors balanced with good acid. Full mouthfeel. Aftertaste: lingering.
A terrific Riesling!

Cool mineral with botrytis, really flinty and white pepper, mouthwatering acid but full body. It’s concentrated and powerful but At the same time it’s a little simple and lacking in complexity.

Deep lemon color with green tinges. The nose upon opening was yeasty and tropical with slight petrol notes. The palate was peach and pineapple - very canned fruit cocktail. On the palate, crisp acidity balances a really rich medium bodied palate. Delicious

Tropical, with some of that canned fruit mix in the best way possible. Not going to improve but can last another 5 years in a cellar. Very drinkable now. This held up well over 3 days. Still nothing to be gained from holding

To Austria for brunch! Zippy and a just little funky, with lemon, apricot, lychee—all the Riesling goodness, on a big round body kept kept tight with lots of acid. Happy fall indeed.
Jan 2022: Opened another bottle and still going strong with all that tropical fruit
