A bit sweet up front, with a rush of tart red fruit. Pretty hollow on the mid palate and finish though, shedding any flesh it has and dissipating quickly. A touch of macerated cranberry does linger lightly on the finish. All in all, better than I thought it would be and still passable as a budget drinker.

This is a bad wine, unless you like doo doo. There's definitely brett blooming in the bottle. Ironically, they brag about the cork which is probably the source of the problem. It's a loose fitting champagne type cork.

Juicy nose, very acidic. Chocolate, cherry notes. 12.5%
