Outstanding for the level. In complete harmony, smooth, elegant, citrus here, plenty of mineral notes, cool, calm and collected. Drinking a point now, I think, just pop and pour if you have it. #Kandestederne #C&

An excellent village Puligny with bruised apple, stone and white flowers on the nose. The plate is similar but dominated by bruised apple and mineral. This wine has real depth and persistence for a village. The finish is also quite long. Chez Boillot, this is a great Puligny village. Drink now or within the next 3 years.

This is drinking great right now. I will concur with the last note about pinenut oil on the nose. It's deeper and richer now, with almost a carmelized smell, and quite a perfume to inhale, but don't get me wrong, there is nothing icky or sweet about it. It is heady, aromatic and intoxicating. But then you taste, and there is a beautiful minerality, round supple mouth feel, and the secondary flavor of grilled orchard fruits. This doesn't taste like a village, but it is! It's excellent.

Pine nut oil and brown river rocks fill the nose while the palate remains a somewhat restrained bouquet of broiled lemon and yellow to orange fruits. The wine comes alive with a slightly acidic/spicy food pairing. Tasty now, but I'd revisit again in 1-2 years.

More mature and more body then my last bottle! Great nose with some almonds, although fresh boillot style is overwhelming

Elegant and fresh! Great nose, typical boillot style and quiet long. And that for an “simple” village wine

This was very balanced. Did not wow me but this is a representative example of extremely high quality village puligny.
