Started out some what closed, but opened up. Very rounded nose, vanilla and some wood. Meursault like, some ripe and sloghtly sweet fruits, spice and sloght gravel.

Beautiful pale yellow and sweet fruit notes are on display from the moment the wine enters the glass. A beautiful tropical nose with perfumes scent the glass. A nice well rounded taste composed of a nice balance of acidity, sweetness, earthy notes and creamy flavor. A delightful wine to enjoy.

Nice fruit, acidity, and minerality. For whatever reason it reminded me a little bit of a Fevre Chablis. Very enjoyable for the price and will be looking to buy more.

wine was too soft, with some sweetness that wasn't balanced with acidity, a tad oaky, not my thing at all... this is Bouchard (more rich) style, and some of his higher end wines can take the style, but this wasn't one of them (even in '14)

Quite rich, fat, even, just manages to keep it's balance; butter galore, wood present here, but the acidity is fine and the wine will gain more harmony iun a year or so. #Bruun&Hjejle

GGs vs. 1er Cru Burgs (Bin 75 Alpharetta, GA): Yellow with green hues; banana, ripe, exotic, mineral, fleshy, round yet good cut, nice wine; delicious; Corton Charlemagne?

Celebrating 240 years of Bouchard Pere & Fils: master class and dinner (Bouchard Pere & Fils, Beaune): Even better than the Beaune du Chateau, this has more depth and substance but just as much energy. Lovely notes of orange blossom. Made from some two hectares belonging to Bouchard, a sunny location so they harvest relatively early. Aged in 15% new oak.
