Seldomly had such a precise and pure red from Spain. From old vines it has white pepper, spices and cherries in the nose. It reminds remotely of an northern Rhône Syrah and is quite elegant. It’s interesting to learn more about those unknown and remote locations in Spain. Since there are just around 1000 bottles being made, it will be hard to find.
