P: MF body; Almost swtish sensation on the front turns astringent mid palate, ending in a long, astringently bitter finish. Being charitable [particularly given WE's 89 pts @ $18], I guess there's an OUTSIDE possibility this might yet come together. Otherwise, I'd definitely be giving it a "I don't like." :( [FYI, this vendor has a **phenomenal** price of $6.95 for this!]

Color: Medium Purple Nose: Cassis and Spice Taste: Lots of Blackberry with a Spice Finish; Some Herbaceous Notes of Mint Round Things and Lingers on the Palette Comp's: The Most Complex of the Sobon's Estate Wines I have Tried (Rocky Top and the Old Vines); Not Sure if it is Worth the $20 though because of the Overpowering Blackberry, and Would be Something I would Retry in the Future

Drinkable alone or with food. Fruity with cinnamon and vanilla hints. Medium bodied. Great everyday wine.

Over the top jam, with sharp astringencies, and light on acid.

Medium body; cherry and mahogany. Round mouthfeel with a slight saccharine sweetness and a bit of earth that somehow works
