A wine that I will score higher than the last bottle that I cracked a few years ago. This wine has matured nicely, it's composed of dark berries plum, cherry and cassis. An age worthy Cab that has held up really well. Nice balance, structure with a good finish. Lively dark purple color with no bricking, still showing energy and flavors. I called it more famine in style the last time around but that is not the case at this juncture. 91+/ 92 Points.

Similar notes as previous tastings. Lots of black fruits in the nose and flavor, black cherries, blackberries, currants, and blueberries with hints of floral and earthiness. Full bodied wine with a long finish.

Pulled a few cases of end-of-window wines from storage and popped this upon returning home as a reward. Honestly, it was fine. Was it spectacular? No. Did we enjoy it? Yes. It seemed a little lean on both the nose and palate.

PnP. Probably would have scored higher if I had decanted as it was really rounding into shape towards the end. Mature cab with plum, cherry and cassis. Body built up over time. Very balanced. Nice but not long finish. Secondary notes were building towards the end. Probably at its peak with a 90 minute decant

Garnet color, dark fruits, berries with great legs, earthiness and chalky texture. Slight oak and showing mild acidic/ tart effect with faint vanilla note. Clean elegant structure delicate, Bordeaux like style with soft, smooth tannins (perhaps too smooth and maybe peaking). I have had better Jones Cabs. 89.7 Points. Some may like this wine and It's not bad but it a little too soft and feminine for me. I like Jones wines but this one is not my style.

Plum with a garnet rim; almost no sediment. Took 45 minutes for the palate to unfurl, but the nose remained less expressive over the 2 hours it was consumed. Dark fruits, a faint vanilla note, and minerality that reminded me of the Oakford cabs of the mid-90s (which were also made by Heidi Barrett, I believe?). Finish was medium-length and not particularly remarkable. A good, clean wine but there are better Napa cabs for the price.

Slightly fatter than the previous. Good structure. Deep red black fruit profile encroaching into the black zone. Soft tannins, nice balance. Some Kirsch and black raspberries in a creamy plush mouthfeel. Decent finish, this is very pretty and delicate.

Well balanced full bodied cab, slightly fruit forward but was smooth as silk, got black licorice and berries on the front, midpalate had a nice balance of vanilla and cocoa, earthiness was noticeable but should smooth out with time, finish has great legs, low to mid 90s with upside potential with age. -S

Either this wine is way too young or it experienced some bad experience from the vineyard to our cellar. Either way, I will withhold comments other than to say this was a very young wine, strong tannins, great aroma - but will wait a few years and hope it is just young. Can taste the cherries (through the acid) but not much beyond that. Can't rate it because I don't feel it would be fair to the wine. If the next one next year is like this, I will rate both, but not highly

No notes taken, but was showing pretty well. Fruit seems to be diminishing as I would drink up if you have any. Generous mouthfeel. If rating, 91-92.

A nice, well-balanced, Cab. Seemed a little light on fruit at this point, but this bottle may not have been consistently kept in good storage.

Still young, and needs some decanting, but brilliantly clean, complex, rich, and silky
