Does not have the good taste of a Graves wine. It is technically in Graves, but within the sub appallations of Barzac/Sauternes. The formula is all wrong. Mostly Semillon, with too little Sauvignon Blanc. It is a $10 bottle of wine for nearly $20. I am pretty certain that it is just junk made from the left-overs grapes that did not get noble rot. In a way, they are cheating consumers. Technically in Graves, but not made like a true Graves.

Popped and poured. Grapefruit aroma with a bit of floral funk. Tart, rich flavors of citrus and stone fruit. Tangerine/baby aspirin finish. Clean, crisp, correct. Great value.

This is a lovely Bordeaux Blanc...pale yellow in the glass, scents of citrus, honeydew melon, sea spray, and white pepper roll out of the glass. The palate is light-medium body, med acidity, with med+ fruit and a moderate to long finish. Flavors of tropical fruits, pear, and lime linger on the palate...for the money this is just plain lovely. Outstanding quality at a very affordable price. An easy and consistent buy...

Fresh lemon zest and acidity on the palate, grapefruit with just a hint of sweetness. Semillon is there on the nose if you look, vanilla backdrop behind a ton of zest/grapefruit. Good table wine, not much else to see here, move along.

Quite a nose - classic and fresh sauv funk, big and full, even an oh-so-slight vanilla note. Palate quite soft, initially sweeter grapefruit, moving in a direction towards leafy herbs from mid through finish, with lingering chalkies. Light, approaching delicate.

Fine enough SB, quenching, some riper elements rather than grassy, some wet minerality, lime zest, and other citrus. Enjoyable. I thought SB dominated, wouldn't have really known the Semillon was in there, but perhaps that hint of nose sweetness and a bit more roundness is the clue.

Pale yellow-green, freshly acidic and with with up-front citrus on the nose and palate, this light-bodied white adds accents of wet stones, lemongrass and Asian spices. The alcohol (listed as 12%) is well-integrated and the middle is nicely dense. Medium in length and crisp on the finish, this iteration of one of Kermit Lynch's favorites is very similar to its 2013 and 2014 siblings. Drink now-2018.

Excellent value. White Bordeaux composed of 75%Semillon,20%sauvignon Blanc and 10%Muscadelle. The grassy quality of Sauvignon Blanc dominates the flavor profile. Great every day wine with good fruit and acidity. A little hot on the finish. Kermit Lynch comes through once again!

A lot of gooseberry on the nose along with some earthy, spicy notes. Very racy, wild sauvignon blanc character. Palate begins with delicate melon and yellow fruit notes before the gooseberry character comes storming in to finish the job. Bright acidity. Got substantially better as it warmed up, gaining some sea spray and tropical fruit character. Quite tasty and a great value!
Light crystalline quartz color. Aromas of lychee and pear and stones. Lighter bodied than Sancerre, but similar to Sancerre having good mineral cut. Mild tropical fruits on the palate remind you of Bordeaux, but its still quite refreshing. Extraordinary for a low-end Bordeaux, I rate this Very Good to Excellent.

Delicious as a pre-meal drink before having Norma's delicious couscous with vegetables and curry powder. The Sauvignon Blanc was prominent and the Sémillon was not. 12%. $10 for a half bottle. Will probably buy again this year.

We had a bottle or two in Hawaii with fresh fish dinners and enjoyed them - it could have been a different vintage or just the setting.
But at home, it was just too tart for us with cheese and salmon on a recent spring day. I would not buy again.
