Better than last bottle. Give some air (1 hour). Nice bright cherries, some strawberry, a little spice, nice acidity and structure with hints of vanilla. Really like this and think it will last for several years.

A tad simple at this stage. It may be closing down, but still appealing mid-weight Gamay with great structure. Almost certain to get better in the next few years.

Not sure about this yet (I have another bottle to try). Seemed a bit flat and uninteresting the first night. Opened up some, showing fruit and verve after a few days in the fridge under vacuvin though. We'll see. 10/26/19: Opened my other bottle. Nothing wrong with it, but still too straightforward and lacking interest. No stars here. Too bad. Left it on counter with a Repour for two days. After that, it had picked up a smidgen of Beaujolais character, but still wasn't very interesting.

Bright and light with a little bit of soul. Definitely young and untamed, but has some tannic structure to provide longevity and the promise of a more balanced wine. Paired with sushi, but better against a stronger, gamier flavor. If you can be patient, this wine will reward at a bargain price.

In a nice place. Give this an hour decant. Needs food to really show the dried cherries, hints of leather and earth with some nice structure.

Drinking perfectly right now. Over estimated the structure in previous notes. Drink now.

Checked in and similar tasting notes. Will drink my last one in 3-5 years.

Opened my remaining bottle tonight. Simple, juicy, fruity, with floral notes in the nose. Very nice, but straightforward.

This needs more time. I had it over several hours and it began to come blossom. Nice fruit and structure. Classic Julienas
