Still going strong. Wonderfully balanced, with cherry, strawberry and earthy notes. Tannins have mellowed nicely, but still provide good structure. Mouth-filling and complex. Another ageable winner for St. Innocent!

Tasted after 90 minutes of air. Medium ruby color. Red berry fruit. Zippy acidity. Nicely balanced. Some cola notes and spice on the mid palate. Drying tannins. This still has plenty of life left.

Decanted for over an hour before tasting. Sturdy tannins and it still seems tight. I still think this wine has lots of life left. I'll open another one up in a year or so.

With Valerie and Suzy in the cellar...Last wine of the evening...PnP
From prior notes:"Bright ruby color. Nose of cherry cola, minerals and spice. Palate showing black raspberry, cherry, rhubarb, mineral notes. A bit more viscous than I remembered when tasting at the winery. Nice secondary notes, and smooth mouthfeel. Long finish..."
Picking up more dark fruits, black raspberry as dominant profile with this one. Young but evolving nicely a this point, had added some depth from prior bottle (from memory). Very nice, should continue to drink well for a while...

Yummy stuff with florals on the nose and baking spices and medium red fruits on the palate. Last opened a bottle about two months ago and consistent with that.

I do believe the 2014 Willamette Valley pinots are beginning to evolve out of their characteristic stewed fruit thing. I've noticed this with several now.
This still has it, but dialed back substantially and beginning to allow some nice pinot fruit - berries, a bit of cherry - to show through. A fairly rich pinot, this Justice is smooth of texture and decently balanced. Best to hold another year or three, let it slough off some more stewiness. Becoming an attractive wine otherwise.

This stuff is yummy. Creamy, smooth, flavorful, there's fruit, spice, (just) acid to keep it balanced. Wonderful package. Yum Yum Yum.
BUT, lots of bottles in people's cellars - drink up. Its great now but its played out in the ways that say its not going to get any better. Sure sure a year or three from now it might still be fine, but at any rate its not like you're going to get anything better so feel free to PnP with abandon.....

With Valerie and Eric. Last wine of the evening - after 2 Aubert Chardonnays and a Kongsgaard Syrah...big night...PnP, drank over an hour

Still very young, expressive, consistent with the 14 Oregon vintage. Drinking well now, should settle a bit with more time in the bottle (if that's preferred?) Should go a while if wanting to cellar...Great stuff

Wine store St. Innocent tasting, small pour. Had a little more depth of fruit and complexity than some of the other single vineyard offerings. Many peoples second or top wine of the night. Medium bodied, well managed oak, soft tannins - should do well after a couple of years in the cellar. My #2 wine of the night.
