A little bitter hay thing at first, but that blew off. Then it was almost like a falanghina, with that clean bitter finish. Really good with fish, esp for the money. Despite the dry character and clean texture, there was a small honeyed sensation that lent a little weight. Definitely a food wine.

Light straw with greenish reflexes. This is a tangy, explosive fruity examples of a verdejo/viura blend. Intense pineapple, citrus and herbal aromas with much refreshing acidity. This is a great bargain as in the last several years. It will hold trough the next two or three years.

pale yellow colour, smells very much of flowers with violets dominating the mix, medium body, nice residual sugar without tasting sweet, floral in the mouth with violets and a little bit of acidity, in the aftertaste violets and a little bit of acidity, good length (15 sec), a tasty white wine for a fair price, would buy again.

Clean nose of lemongrass, grapefruit, and crushed seashells with a hint of honeydew melon. On the palate it is fresh, bright, medium-full bodied with a mid-palate and rather long finish that remind me of Sweet Tarts candy. Not subtle in the least but highly quaffable with or without food and, at the sub-$10 price I paid, a cracking deal. Serve at your next party or unscrew and enjoy unreflectively to unwind on a random Tuesday night.

Used as the Spanish white at the OT fundraiser. As always, a really great bargain. Not different from previous note.
