This has gotten a lot more heft to it with time. Has a bit of a blend between the green and the more white fruits in a SB. Came across as a touch heavy with most of the other wines being bubbles at the table.

Nice white with good complexity for a Sauv Blanc. Refreshing, yet good mouthfeel and body. Notes of green apple and honeydew but little tartness. Good both before food and with pan-fried chicken. Excellent late afternoon summer white. Seems to still have some good life left in it.

Similar to previous notes. Still just incredibly light and almost airy. Hints of more tropical fruits, but more than anything it reminds me of a mineral water almost. Goes down very easy.

Winter in Wineland; 1/14/2017-1/20/2017 (Sonoma & Napa): Second time with this wine, but first time with the 2015. I guess this has been sourced from a few different places, but this version is a Loire clone grown in Napa which is mostly Sauvignon Blanc, but with just a touch of Semillon these days. This is my type of white wine. It's very clear and crisp and light with this wonderful acidity that keeps it more dancing than anything else. Lots of white flowers, white fruits. Fermented on the lees in concrete and into barrel but the oak doesn't overpower anything. Lovely wine.

Nice, light, hints of lemon and bit a whiff of pineapple.
