Expected this to be way to young but it actually isn’t. This will improve over the next couple of years. Enjoyable. Apple, lemon, gentle creaminess. Mild acidity. I guess the acidity has to the most room for improvement. Overall a pretty good bottle of wine which will improve over de next couple of years.

A(ccuray)=2: Med lemon/gold. Focused, intense, floral varietal. B(alance)=2: Ripe fruit, compact structure. Bit short on vibrancy. C(omplexity)=2: Tropical citrus, toast, honey, saline minerality. D(epth)=2: Opulent mouthfeel. Med length and lingering finish.
Wine Tally Score [2,2,2,2] = 8/10
Drink now or cellar for substantial aging potential.

nez très mineral...pureté et tension compte tenu du millésime, à attendre pour qu il montre davantage de volume

Chablis and Oysters (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): slight toast, butter, fruit is a little peachier and it's riper on the palate, juicy as well, slight burr. Hmm.
