  • Opened and decanted for 2 hours. Bright cherry notes and spice on the nose. It is soft yet full in the mouth with the cherry fruit carrying through. It paired well with steak from the grill. On the second day, it was very much alive but softer. It is excellent now, but should hold for several more years.

  • The kindof oregon Pinot that I tend to gravitate towards where it's got a bit more fruit (kindof a darker cherry and plum) and is still relatively light on it's feet (although I wouldn't go too far with that, medium bodied is prob the better descriptor). Paired nicely from seafood to kangeroo though so very versatile wine. Agree with previous note that it needs some more years, but could be nice.

  • A slightly more fruit forward Oregon Pinot Noir than I am used to. Nose of black cherries, cinnamon, plums and caramel. Good acidity, mid-range and finish. Will probably be better in 3-5 years.
