PNP. Cork perfect and wet 1/3rd way up. Color bricking. Nose strawberry sous bois and rhubarb cola. Swishing shows all secondary flavors and muted acid and tannin. Sipping gives more weight and med length finish but all secondary. Agree w others that this has past it's apogee but if you like mature burg this is right on. Nice effort in a dreadful vintage.

Similar to my prior TN: sweet cherry/strawberry, sappy, spicy oak (less intrusive now), and again, almost a hint of effervescence. Less fruit than a year ago-- more forest floor than I recall. Drinking great now, but drink up.

popped and poured. color still dark ruby with no signs of age. nose showing mostly primary fruit and earthy nuances. on the palate, the body is medium with good mouthfeel and weight, acid and tannin present but in balance. med long finish. this is in a nice place right now, but if you like your burgundies with more secondary character i think that this has lots of time ahead. really enjoyed this

Beautiful wine; sweet cherry/strawberry, cola/beet root, sappy, spicy oak, and almost hint of effervesence. So elegant. Best at 1 hour after decanting, then faded.

This is delicious. It was also delicious when I posted on it three years ago, but it has moved on. Slightly faded. The fruit is still strong, but no longer primary, and there is a touch of sous-bois. It has some delicacy. The finish is long and enjoyable. vg

Light violet somewhat dull color. Quiet nose of black fruits, jerkey, cherry cola, baking spices. Dark tones, fruit is present but doesn't feel completely ripe and there is a certain thinness in the mid-palate. Dusty tannins dominate a very long red vines finish. While there is nothing overtly wrong with this wine it is not the most attractive wine. Drink the other soon.

Drinking at its prime. Great nose of flowers and bright red fruit. Elegant, but fruit driven for a burgundy. Really needed 3 hours of audouzing in order to shine. Ripe and just the right amount of sweet and sour.

Same deep ruby color, same nose of ripe black fruit. Same taste also: On the palate, ripe, intense & mouthcoating black and red fruit with good buffering acidity, and ripe though largely unresolved tannins, except no oak in mildy complex finish.

Deep ruby color, seems extracted. Nose of ripe black fruit. On the palate, ripe, intense & mouthcoating black and red fruit with good buffering acidity, and ripe though largely unresolved tannins. Solid finish with a measure of complexity. Maybe a trace of oak, but not too distracting. If this gains complexity and absorbs the remaining oak with some cellar age, this will be a lovely wine. Right now, very good. Try again in 3-5 years.

Spice, strong core of black fruits, somewhat narrow framework. Energetic. Very good showing for this wine.

Dark violet color, sweet cherry and cola/beet root nose, sappy cherrry fruit, spicy oak. Very nicely balanced. Possibly will improve, but good now.

Quite nice and a very good value. Has not peaked, but no reason not to open sooner than later.

After the NSG, this was woodier, squarer somehow - rich, but lacking the liveliness of the preceding wine.

Delicious and very ripe pinot fruit, with a hint of spicy oak. Long finish with soft tannins. This is harmonious and fully ready to drink. dg
