A very nice effort! Rose from California at it's best. Unfortunely, it followed a Mag of 1990 Dom. So it paled in comparsion to the Dom, but was still enjoyed by everyone and a fine sparkling wine!

Orange/salmon color. Strong nutty almond and floral nose. Smooth palate showing some mature nutty notes and cream. Medium finish. Nice crisp palate and finish. Drinking in a really great place right now.

Pale salmon color intertwined with tiny bubbles leads to a nose of strawberry and biscuit. The palate is beginning to add more secondary bread flavors while the zippiness is a bit more mellow. This is evolving into a wonderful wine.

Light Salmon Color. Delicate nose of Strawberries, freshly baked biscuits and red cherries. Elegant wine that was perfect for celebrating. Nice creamy finish to it with great acidity that kept everything in check. Wonderful bottle.

Tasted against the regular Schramsberg rose. This was more focused and precise with light and lively stawberry essence and a nice biscuity mousse. The bubbles were fine and the bottle went very quickly. Wish I had more.

Light pink color leads to a wealth of tiny bubble and a nose of rasberry and biscuit. The palate carries the rasberry and bisuit forward but also adds a hint of cherry and strawberry. The finish is crisp and refreshing. An excellent wine now but I believe it will continue to improve with bottle age as more yeasty flavors move forward.

Beautiful light pink color. Delicate nose of green apple and red berries. Similar in taste to the 1999 J Schram -- creamy yet delicate with hints of biscuit and other baked goods, green apple, with strawberry and raspberry mixed in.

Such an enjoyable experience. Nose was heavy with amontillado sherry. Palate was soft and enjoyable. This bottle has held up very well.

Drinking beautifully. Light delicate flavors. One of the better bubblies I've had in years. Ready to drink so don't sit on this much longer.

Didn't take any notes, just enjoyed, but everyone else's notes sound about right. Very nice wine and still drinking just fine.

No nose. Straw and strawberries on the palate. A very easy drinking wine. Surprised by the softness of the bubbles.
