The wine is nowhere near it's peak (maybe closer in 0,75), still has aggressive tannin and is mainly dominated by dark fruit, which is especially present in the 2015 version.

Complexe et full body. Un peu trop amer et boisé le premier jour, vraiment meilleur le lendemain où il développe ses saveurs longue de fruit noir et chocolat.

Wow! Really good balance. Silky, soft mouthfeel with good body and gentle fresh acidity. Good finish. Best bottle of this vintage. This wine is really impressive now! I would enjoy this over the next year or two.

This wine is improving a lot with age. It has shed much of its baby fat and packed fruit and is now developing to something much more balanced and there are some mineral notes that makes the wine much more interesting. A shame that this was my last bottle. I drank the others too early...

It is two years since I tasted this wine last time, and it has now entered the "drinking plateau". There is no hurry. Another year might show further development, but it already drinks well now.

Full throttle southern rhone with a lot of savory character. Anise, baking spice, graphite, potpourri, licorice, raspberry, blackberry, and plum Slightly hot and a little over-the-top for me initially, but after settling in with about 1 hour of air time, I'm totally on board. Great fine dusty tannins and silky mouthfeel. Feliz cumplianeos a mi.

Last bottle of three from Chateau, still to alcoholic and to sweet, the quality of the fruit is there but it swamps all else more in this bottle than the earlier ones, bit of a Marmite wine, can see some people loving this but still over the top and extracted for me, had some very good Ventoux wines but many of the 'top' Chateau go this route, enjoyed much more some of the lesser lights.

The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, blueberry and oak. It tastes like blackberry, blueberry, black currant (cassis) and oak. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

Lots of fruit on the nose and in the mouth, dark plummy colour and taste and berries in there, some length, would have gone higher if it hadn't been a bit to sweet, perhaps time will mellow it. Second bottle seems to be even more over extracted, to much for me.

A great wine from Pesquie! Very deep garnet. Richly aromatic, with creme de framboise, garrigue, toffee. Just a hint of sweetness on the concentrated bit balanced palate. Quite long. Bravo!

Less impressive than last bottle but is drinking well now. Not much acidity or tannins.
Drink up this year (according this bottle, last bottle)

Bad bottle it seemed at first, but next day it was ok.
Learning point: Unless obvious flawed, give it a chance later or next day...

Such a nice wine with lamb. A lot of smooth tannins, black currant, blackberries, pepper.

Improvement with time. Not all about power and abundant fruit anymore. Should be great over the next 2-4 years.

This is a compact wine. Well crafted. I would just like my wines from Southern Rhône to be a little more elegant

Getting there! Happy to report that this is much better than a year ago. More balanced, integrated. Elegant, ripe red fruits, tasty.

It’s a remarkable wine, but, for me, it’s really hard to drink any red beyond 15 degrees...

Still very young. The tannins are pronounced, but should soften with age. Deep fruit extraction. Dark red/purple. Very good with food.

Compact wine. Not without charm. I will probably prefer it when it gets a bit older and shreds some of its baby fat

Good value, clean Syrah with herbs and meat. Full bodied.
Wait with next bottle to 2020 to hopefully gain some complexity.
