PnP. Remarkably fresh, with a (still) youthful color, vibrant floral and stone fruits, etc. Likely to hold for a few more years at a high level. Based upon quality to price, well, that' easy, this is highly recommended+
This is in great shape just now, with plenty of freshness and balance to keep it on this level for several more years. A touch too sweet for my palate, but then I seldom have anything with just a few grams of sugar in my diet. Zabaglione with Strawberries seems about right; if only. At $15 USD, a great value. recommended
5.0% ABV Color: vibrant yellow with lots of small bubbles that dissipated quickly Nose: complex aromas of melon and spices Body/flavor: light body; pleasant mix of tropical fruit; clean Aftertaste: delicious but short
Served with triple ginger cake... great combo!

slate color, initially some frizzante bubbles. Nose/palate pear and melon, off-dry, cantaloupe with honey and great floral notes. Still a crowd pleaser, perhaps a bit less fresh than before but a light and pleasant sipper (5% abv). 90 pts

After finishing a few cases of this, it is a remarkable wine overall, lovely and enjoyable, but has certainly faded a bit over the last year. I think these are best consumed fresh, and the new vintage should be out soon.

Dark golden color, light carbonation. Nose floral, smells almost like a 7-up/Sprite soda in its juicy notes. Palate sweet grapey and honey like, good acidity, very enjoyable, a crowd pleaser. 90 pts

At this point, the fruit is starting to disappear and the aromatics and flavors are more floral. Pleasant, but lacks the complexity this once had. Drink up. 87

Despite drinking a dozen of these over the last 6 months, I've only posted a handful of notes. It's become our house white for thai food. Still flavorful, aromatic, balanced sweetness, and utterly enjoyable, this has lost a somewhat electric sensation that it had the first few times I had it over the summer. I think it's starting to show its age, and I would drink up over the next few months. 90

Very pleasant wine. Served it well chilled and it was a great complement to a light grilled chicken and spinach salad. Sweet fruity aromas. Fresh, crisp and sweet flavor. But doesn't have an over the top sugar after taste. Low alcohol content by volume makes it an easy drinker on a hot summer evening.

Similar to my last notes, overall a highly aromatic nose, plenty of white fruit, peach, along with some lychee; palate has incredible medium-plus acidity that really makes the wine. Not nearly as good on day 2, so don't save or age it, but it's just wonderful on a warm day or with thai food. 91

AA's wedding; 8/17/2017-8/19/2017 (Fremont, CA): 5% alcohol. Strong frizzante. The sweetness (maybe 30-40g/L) is well balanced by strong acidity. Clear exuberant terpenic aromas - fresh peach, ripe lychee, a hint of fruity detergent-like notes. Light and refreshing, with a persistent finish and great midpalate integration. Perfect on a hot day. I didn't get tired of this.

Light yellow-golden; highly aromatic with peach, lychee, very clean; sweet but very balanced, not cloying at all, frizzante, medium-plus acid; surprisingly long finish for Moscato d'asti. Really lovely wine on a hot day. I will be serving this as an aperitif at my wedding. 90-91

White wine dinner outside DC (Wilds of Gaithersburg - outside DC): Sugar can strawberry, raspberry on the nose. Very pretty. Tasty, lighter, but definite sweetness with the hallmark light red fruits. nice opener.

Italian soda pop for adults, but without being cloying! A perfect warm weather fizzy wine, and still as lovely and fresh as it was late last year.

Tasting menu at Topolo. A lovely pairing with an avocado sorbet. Not overwhelmingly sweet with nice balance.

Fairly typical expression of moscato d'asti. It's what you want it to be. Fresh, fun, not overly sweet. Finishes nice and clean. Lovely.
