This is a wine we bought during our visit in Bourgogne in 2018. Bouchard Pere et Fils Meursault Les Clous 2015 is a vibrant white Burgundy with a rich, golden hue. On the nose, it unveils enticing aromas of ripe orchard fruits, particularly notes of baked apple and pear, complemented by a subtle touch of hazelnut and vanilla from oak aging. The palate is elegantly textured, showcasing a harmonious balance between the lush fruit flavors and a refreshing acidity. This wine exhibits a lingering finish, marked by a creamy mouthfeel and a nuanced minerality, making it a delightful expression of Meursault's terroir in the 2015 vintage. In summary an exceptional wine to be paired with any fish dish ( as we did ) but it can be a perfect aperitif and meditation wine..PM 94

Elegantt, very open and enjoyable. Peach and apricot and orchard notes with subdued citrus. Very round and balanced with the forward fruit of the vintage.

Nose: Aromas of stone minerality and a lanolin like quality along with apples. Palate: Ripe apples and pears in abundance contrasted by the stone minerals and decent levels of acidity. Finish is fairly long and well balanced. Very solid effort although I agree with jnewman77 that this isn't a long termer for the cellar given the delicate acid profile. 91+ points. These notes are day 2 (6/25) but quite similar to day 1.

Way better than the bottle had 1 year ago. Much more meursault than 2015 vintage which was great. A little riper but standard notes of gunflint, peaches, etc.

This is very enjoyable; nose shows ripe apple, pear, a hint of peach blossom, just a hint of spice. The palate is ripe and shows the warmth of the vintage, but is not ponderous at all. It still has reasonably vivacity and has a nice finish. Very solid. Probably wouldn't age it too long personally.

Domaine. Identical to my previous note. Typically clean and elegant Bouchard house style, lemon curd, lovely touch of oak, delightful balance between the ripe vintage and the hilly vineyard.

Summer Solstice Dinner (Jan-Dirk Taams' residence, Groot-Ammers, Netherlands): Tasted blind. Decanted. Delightful freshness and minerality, especially in the context of the warm 2015 vintage, beautifully reflecting the vineyard’s position high up on the hill. Apple and citrus fruit, flowers, sligtly earthy, good flavour intensity, lovely definition and length.

13th Cellier Wine Fair (Hilton Athenaum Hotel): Fully yeasty still, oak, buttery, ripe white fruit, the palate is very rich, showing again ripe white fruit and nutty flavors, med body and finish with bright lively acidity. Outstanding

Gracefully seasoned with oak, with a giving bouquet of white smoke and sweet orchard fruit. Light oak and a hit of oak sweetness on the attack, but light on its feet through savory-fruited and chalky midpalate and finish. Light, firm, delicious.

Pale green gold. Nose: apples, tree fruit, toast, Palate: not much fruit, butter, nuts. Mouthfeel is very rich and creamy, but great texture, moderate plus body, medium low acidity. Finish is slightly bitter and good length

Citrus such as lemon as well as some stone fruit mark this wine that is both pure and precise with just a slight touch of secondary characters. A slight Chardonnay bitterness on the finish.
A good wine but for me personally much too young as I would like to see the acidity go down a bit and the wine to develop more tertiary notes.

By the glass at the BA lounge. Fresh bottle, just opened. Bright and youthful and another of those well made wine from the Bouchard stable tha for the price constitute very good value and almost an arbitrage. Candied lemon, light oaky dynamic, good texture on the palate and ice acidity . Very enjoyable now and best enjoyed younger in our view. Solid 90

The medium-high intensity aromas are clean with mineral and lemon/lime citrus notes. On the palate, this is medium-to-full bodied with very good acidity and nicely balanced aroma replays. Very smooth texture. The finish is long and clean.

The most exotic and perfumed I have ever had from this wine. Quite interesting. Probably the best i have ever had from this vineyard and this producer.

A slight astringent, unbalance profile but it's overcompensated by great minerality and finish. Punches way above its weight.

Two words: clean and pure. And now more words... some apple, citrus, white flowers, plenty of acidity and a hint of viscosity. Lovely.
