Nose: black raspberry, vanilla and hint of barrel spice. Palate: Well integrated black raspberry/dark cherry and wood spice. An easy siping WA cab wit really good tannin structure and a pretty good value!

Classic Walla Walla Cab. Competes with any CA Cab at a lower price point. Paid $33 for this one. Still has some tannins in the finish and could age 2-4 years.

Found notes. Black in the glass. Black / sweet cherry and cassis on nose. Palate was fruit dominant as well - this wine is young and was better on night 2. Medium body, medium acidity/tannins and long finish. Would buy again. 91+/-

Improving with time. More black fruits and less green pepper. Still nice spice and tobacco. Finishes with a touch of chocolate. Plenty of stuffing, has many more years ahead.

This needs lots of time to breathe. Open the bottle on Friday and put cork back in. Drink on Sunday. You will then appreciate the structure without being distracted by the tannic nature so prominent upon opening.

N: Closed; Cherries, hints of leather, POSS some blk olives?
P: Med, poss MF, body; RNDISH entry with NICE, rich, ALMOST swtish frt met by an astringent pucker which stays in contact with the init frt as it seamlessly transitions into a very LONG, BALANCED finish with a tangy/swtness to the fairly innocuous, yet firming, dusty tannins. In its "window," I can see another 12-15 mos of improvement, then EASILY making its 10th, likely longer. My EXC, but I'd not rule out higher in a few yrs for this substantial, full-flavored style that I suspect would be OUTSTANDING with BBQ. 91+ pts Vinous (Galloni), 91 Dunnuck, + 2 addt’l scores on wine-searcher's Tasting Notes pg. [As of mid Apr '20, wine-searcher still shows 2 sources @ $33 & $37].

I appreciate the rigidity of this wine. Classic cab aromas with fine, chalky tannins asserting themselves after 4+ years in bottle. Acidity also keeps this lively and interesting. If serving now, decant for 1-2 hours if possible. A great value that isn't shooting for the middle, safe zone.
Really, really nice wine. A bit tannic which softened with time. Vinuturi and it released a nice cocoa powder texture and flavor. A real winner. If you drink now, Vinturi, otherwise this wine should age nicely for 3-5 years.
Delicious Walla Walla cab. Nice green pepper/vegetal complexity moving to a slightly short tobacco finish. Tannins May smooth out over time so give this some time in your cellar.

Nice, but not spectacular. Prior bottles had more complexity. Probbly time to drink up.

Needs a double decant at least one hour before drinking. Harsh straight out of bottle. Could age 3-5 years.

I like this. Better with time to breath. Nice depth with dark fruit and spice. But, not sure this is worthy of a $40 price tag.

Great QPR! Plum, blackberry, mint, cassis and cigar box on the nose. Youthful on the palate and finish. Tannins predominate.
