Drank over a couple of nights with homemade ~Thai and ~Vietnamese dishes and it paired great. At 12.5% abv this is just "off dry" as they used to say. So not sweat, but the touch of RS works with the sufficient but not sharp acid to create a soft, floral (but not overpoweringly so) wine.
Really the perfect choice with the meals. (But with the ~Vietnamese dish a glass of a Chidaine Chenin was poured as well and it was an even better fit!)

"100% Gewürztraminer, all of which is from their Ranch at the End of the Road, Red Mtn, planted in 1978 & 2002; S/s only; 12.5% ABV, 23.6 g/L R.S., 6.79 g/L, & 3.14 pH; 508 cases, 12x750 mL, btld Sept ‘17."
N: Flowers slightly atop grapefrt with distinct notes of spice
P: LM body; RNDISH entry with NICE, ALMOST swtish frt (definitely threshold R.S.) that is BEAUTIFULLY counterbalanced by ACIDITY (with a very, VERY slight init spritz) & some varietal bitterness. The finish is LONG, BALANCED, & with an enticing SWTNESS/bitterness/tanginess trialectic. Drinking very nicely NOW, & should hold through '20. My EXC-; [As of early Aug '19, wine-searcher still shows this as being avail from the winery @ $20].

Essentially a dessert wine. Leave the remaining two bottles for 5-10 years to see what they do. 14.5/20

Significantly sweet, almost like a Riesling. Overpowering with fish, but great after the meal.

I purchased from the winery. Loved it! Bottle purchased has a bite but once it sat, it was great.

This was a very good Gewurztraminer. Clear gold with the typical lychee on the nose. Very crisp acidity. Perfect for the hot day on which I tasted it.
