Mineral and light citrus nose. The palate had a bright acidity, citrus, with some light oak on the finish. Not a lot of depth or complexity but nice. Drank with home-made escarole soup with tortellini and toasted "ancient grain" bread from High Street on Market.

Nicely lemon fruit and light oak. Good with fish and chips.
