Excellent wine. Nice balance and complexity. It did not taste like the big wine and high alcohol content that it possesses. Enjoyed the bottle. It aged well. It probably should not be cellared much longer.

dense, dark blood red jammy and still quite tannic out of the bottle agree with the 2-3 hours of breathing, but sip it along the way to catch all the changes dark fruits, not as much of the evergreen as previous tasters my first tasting, don't know how it was younger, but if i had a case, i'd wish i had some more to drink over the next few years

Riveting, regal rouge color with ripe red fruit aromatics and some initial heat on the nose, this Justification came around after about two hours in the glass. Detailed notes of black cherry and chewy licorice lined with fresh sage. Later developed ripe black raspberries and spruce at midpalate veering towards a finish marked by dry, mouth-coating tannins. The following evening a smoky, stewed plum element was added. Never really hit the zone. Consumed over a three night period. Drink now

Drinking much younger than anticipated, showing a lot more tannins than expected on opening. Consumed over two nights, night two was much smoother and more balanced, showing off really nice fruit. Could have held for at least another few years.

Tasted blind. Smoky with a curry tinge. Lush entry of sweet red currant & blackberry flavors with big toast & a slight alcoholic bite that disappears into a cedar box finish. OK.

Somewhat disappointed with this wine. Opened and let breathe for 4 hours. Not much fruit, very little mid palate and heavy tannins and bitterness on the finish. It's peaked but didn't taste like it ever really integrated. Had the 2004 the same night and enjoyed it much better.

Drinking very nicely at this stage. Fresh nose and smooth tannins withnotes of black fruit and leather. Justification is my favorite blend from this winery. Sadly, my last bottle.

Very well balanced wine. Poured a nice dark red. Rich, with herbal undertones. My wife found it a bit too tannic, but I thought it was well in balance. Very smooth. I'd go for this one again.

Cherry pie and dark fruit on the nose. Currant, berry, and hint of sage on the palate. Texture is pretty meaty and viscous. Tannins are a little out of balance yet with quite bit of astringency. Big enjoyable wine.

Very good wine, can still be aged for a while, but quite nice now. Soft and lush tannins. Nice cherries and some deep berries on the nose and through the mouth.

Vibrant magenta color. Lively nose of raspberries and strawberries. Palate of raspberries, red cherries and strawberries with a hint of spice and juicy tannin. Medium to full-bodied. Pretty long finish dominated by red fruits and round, smooth tannins. Can be drunk now or cellared for at least five years. Great value.

Consumed in CT. Nice nose of mint, blueberry, spice box. Plush and fruity on the palate, lots of vanilla, blueberry, some toasty oak. Not too complex, and rather soft tannins. Nice wine and I don't really see much reason to wait on this, entirely enjoyable now.

Very tasty wine but may still be a bit early to drink. Floral aroma with blueberries and cherries. Medium to bold body with moderate fruit and some spiciness. Better than the 2003 Isosceles.

Big, full bodied wine. Maybe a bit too much this early. Will let other bottles rest a bit and develop fully. Very enjoyable none the less. Much bigger than other vintages of this wine that I have had.

trade show. Peppery, big wine. Dry and tannic. I'd really have to spend more time with this, as it was way to huge for me to make much sense out of in the short time I had with this wine.

Very nice wine especially after some air. Floral aroma with blueberries and cherries. Moderate body with mild fruit and some spiciness from the cab franc that is mellowed nicely by the merlot. Moderate finish.

Good - still hanging in there. Needs a bit of air - ran thru the Vinturi and still needs to open up. Good nose, good fruit.

A very floral maple nose. Cherry and tobacco in a delicious palate. Little finish. A little tar on the aftertaste. I would drink soon.
