Pear, lemon, baking spices, some noticeable oak too. It is a very nice California Chardonnay (unmistakable), and if it is the style you like, then this is a great bottle aged perfectly. While I enjoyed it, I am more of a burgundy fan, so a less buttery finish would be welcome.

Buttery popcorn aroma with some nice ripe citrus fruit and floral notes. The flavor is fresh, ripe lime, lemon, green apple skin, pear and pineapple. A little oaky for my taste, but very good nonetheless. Perfectly aged — this is in a really good spot right now, starting to show some age but the fruit is still fresh and ripe.

Lovely nose of wet stone, toasted oak, thyme, banana, and light golden raisin (in a good way) on the nose. The palate is beautifully balanced and nuanced. Chablis-like, with a nod to California. One of my favorite WS Chards. Very nice. Drinking nicely now, but not a huge hurry.

A beautiful Chablis-like Chardonnay from Williams-Selyem. Bright stone fruits, a touch of lemon and stoney minerality make this feel very Burgundian, despite its California roots.Great acidity, milerality and an excellent finish just makes this a great wine for California or Chablis/White Burgundy lovers. Bravo Williams-Selyem!

Medium gold color. Very sharp and flinty, Chablis-like cold, out of the bottle. Much rounder and more complex as it warmed in the glass. Lots of lemon throughout, but more spice, pears, apricots and a hint of butterscotch as it warmed. Long finish. Really good.

The wine exhibits pear, lemon, spices, good minerality and noticeable, but integrated oak. I would guess that this will blossom with a few years in the cellar.

Buttery, tropical and just good. Everything I love in a classic Chardonnay. Outstanding

Medium bodied. Apricot, green apple, a bit of caramel. Medium finish with medium acidity. Not overdone with oak. Nice balance.
