  • I enjoyed this but it it was just a simple easy drinker. Better on day 2. I have had white bordeaux with more interesting depth of flavors. Maybe its because its pure sauv blanc?

  • Tasted blind. Bright straw with a hint of green. Underripe lemon, lime peel, grass, tarragon, chive, with some very subtle oak spice notes. The nose is youthful. Dry, with med (+) acidity, med alcohol. Med body, with med to med (+) flavor intensity and length, with a very tart, crisp finish. Old World, cool to moderate climate. Surprisingly youthful at four years. Possibilities include Sauvignon Blanc, Gruner Veltliner. Could be a Sancerre, but the oak is more indicative of a White Bordeaux.
