- Yellow color with medium forming legs and aromas of apple and has flavours of apple, peach and apricot - Crisp, fruity, not to dry...not bad for a Chilean Chard.

Developed quite nicely over the last couple years.
Still lots of primary fruit left. Smells of backed apples and some citrus fruits besides its buttery and creamy base. On the palate it shows great structure and minerality and its quite long. An amazing chardonnay which could surprise in a tasting against way more expensive ones.
We ate pasta with a salmon cream sauce with it, which worked quite well. My wife guessed it was a chard from Burgundy. I could agree, but it would be a better one from this region.

This is a "New World" Chardonnay with a great unique character. It is not too buttery, fat or woody. It hasn't too much alcohol, althogh half a percentage (13,5 %) could have been better. After a while it developed a very pleasant taste of pears, slight banana, fresh lemon and a gentle note of vanilla. Some well fitting vegetable tastes could be spotted as well. The fracrance is very fresh and dominanted by lemon aromas. I never had such a good Chilean Chardonnay before. It is nowhere near to a boring, brutal and muscular Chardonnay you encounter at too many occasions.

One of the best chardonnays I have had in some time. As noted by Klugi, big and buttery (the way I like 'em), but with a nice balance of acid (and I guess minerality). I have a few others, and I will definitely let one stay around to see what happens. I may get some more so I can drink and experiment. Very nice.
Also, still quite good on Day 2.

Big, buttery, fruity (pears and peaches) chardonnay but with nice minerality and structure. After 2 days a little less fruity (refilled in smaller bottle and kept refrigerated) but the structure remains.

Light gold-colored, it has a complex perfume of spring flower garden, butterscotch, and spiced pear. This stylish effort has superior concentration and balance with restrained elegance . Drink it over the next 3-5 years.

No formal notes, but I thought this was excellent bordering on Outstanding. Decent complexity, and a nice finish.

Nose of pears, bannana, rose, pineapple, some oak. Taste is balanced with minerals, acid, hint of butter and pear. Very nice and clean tasting.
