At O Boufe restaurant in Vienna. This was fantastic. Just the beginnings of age with savory and nuttiness showing through out no real oxidation. Deep and rich with a long finish.

Drank slowly over 6 days. Citrus, floral, mineral. Last glass the best. Sharp edges rounded off. A gentleman’s ginger ale to savor at the end of a long day. Makes we want to tuck my newer Agraparts deep in my cellar to be enjoyed after a couple decades slumber. Why rush great experiences.

Rauno and Adithi's Valentine's Day Dinner (Wellington, NZ): Served double blind. I am a big fan of Agrapart and think I know the house style reasonably well, but did not - at all - pick this Champagne as an Agrapart (guessing Cedric Bouchard). I did not even pick the Champagne as a Blanc de Blanc, thinking with the richness it must have some Pinot Noir. So, an atypical Agrapart - without any of the trademark acidity and austerity - but, in my view, a very good one ... A spicy, floral, opulent nose with a little brioche. Well integrated, rich and full on palate. (92-93)

Same bottle as Lolo. Delicious and so different than most of the hipster grower champagne I've tasted recently (a couple years of age probably helped compared to recent releases). It has fruit! Glorious fruit! Lemon and apple. Not much oak or brioche, at all, not austere. Great stuff.

Blind Jan 3rd (Wu's Wonton King): served blind. while steely, with air it opens up wonderfully into lemon peel, curds, floral and stone flint. Loved this wine.

Grand cru white Burgundy with bubbles, and this rivals the greats in the Cote d'Beaune. White flowers, brioche, stone fruit, perfect balance, what's not to like. Bought in Burgundy at 50% of US retail, and it 's a shame that US celebrity "somms" and over-eager retailers in the US drive this $ to the point where nobody but rich jerkoffs can buy it. Needs another 3 years to unwind.

Toasty brioche, purity of fruit, good line of minerality. All perfectly balanced. Finish very decent. Ranks as one of the best I've had. And I've had plenty...

Really tasty, I loved this. Felt like this had a kinship with the recent Madame Fallet Avize wines I've drunk. I'm not sure it's worth the extra $ over the Mineral, but then I haven't tasted the '09 yet.

Excellent. Showing well at this age and probably best within 2-4 years. Full, lively, dense but transparent. Highly recommend and for this cru this year shows best young.

Yellow, not that much froth. Unique, appealing aromas of flowers, lemon, and hay. Big, dry, mineral, and powerful yet accessible and not the least bit austere. A touch of hazelnut and the fruit is in the background on the palate. Great combination of stoniness with a creamy lushness. Outstanding bottle. These Agrapart cuvées can be special. I would imagine this being at its best over the next 3 to 5 years-not one for long term aging.

Jon's Birthday 2017 (Kallang Way Extra Space): Pop and poured. Drank over 2 hours. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Fine persistent bubbles. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of stony chalky minerality, saline minerals, brioche, citrus lemon drops, green apple. Developing. On the palate, dry, very high acidity, medium- alcohol (12%), lean medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of stony chalky minerality, saline minerals, concentrated lemon-lime, intense green apple, brioche. Long finish. Very good quality. Lean, crisp sharp acidity, and minerally as a good BdB should be. One for contemplation. Could be underwhelming for some if they miss the subtle qualities. 40-year old Chardonnay vines from Le Champ Bouton in Avize and Bionnes in Cramant. Dosage 5g/l.

GMs - 1995 Bordeaux Tasting: Floral, apple, pear, cookie dough and spice on the nose. Very clean and pure on the palate, with good minerality and a lemon acid kick throughout. Lean profile with fine detail, this shows how true it is that less can be more.

Starts off tight and compact with piercing citrus line. It opens up to show some fresh peach and bready notes. The finish is decidedly green apple and quite crunchy. There's loads of geological matter strewn across the palate once the wine is swallowed.
