(BYO Blind tasting) Very pure nose. Elegant and deep. Youthful fruit of apple and citrus. Complex nose of youghurt malo and a load of crushed stone and modelling clay minerality. Medium-fullish, very balanced palate with high acidity. Very good grip. Still youthful. Extreme intensity. The quality shows in the intensity and length. For more aromatic complexity this needs at least five more years.

The best bottle of white wine I’ve drink to date, even if it is way too young. Decanted and drunk over about 4 hours. Wonderfully floral nose. The palate is everything Chablis should be. So precise and delicate. What a treat.

Incredibly salty nose. Understated richness on the palate, intense, dry, salty. Citrus notes, steel, wet stones. Green apple fruit. Much too young, of course, but what can you do. In Chablis with Susanne.

The nose is really intense and abundant with notes of ripe lemon, apricot and beeswax. Tons of iodine with hints of hazelnut and smoke. On the palate concentrated with quite ripe fruit yet a savory overall feel. A big wine for sure but not weighty. So much power yet under total control. Quite the presence, grippy even, with a finish that goes on and on. A super textured wine though the texture is more akin to red wine than white. Slightly spicy with a malo note. A great wine that I would love to taste again at a later stage.

Stony mineral and lemon fruits abound. It has a slightly milky, lactic quality and is round and fleshy in the mouth. It has good volume and length to burn.

A bit closed at the moment, however, this is very pure with white floral scents, chalky with a hint of "sweetness" in the finish.
