Blanched yellow color. Lemondrop-lawn nose. Lemon, fresh white grape, green herb (basil), and well controlled acidity that pounds home the long finish. Exceeds the price.

Had this vintage and also the 2005 as well. The 2004 was definitely the better of the two, with the 2005 being a touch more acidic with less fruit on the palate. The 2004 though had plenty of lemon and citrus on the palate, nice acidity, great mouthfeel, medium to long finish. As with previous notes on this wine, keep it well chilled and it will keep you very content!

Bright pale gold colour, very typical New Zeland Sauv Blanc nose. Hebaceaous almost tomato vine smell. Good acid balance with the nose carrying over to the pallette. Medium to good length, a very pleasant wine when well chilled.

V64 Wine night (Guildford, Perth, WA): Pale straw coloured with lovely vibrant gooseberry on the nose. A mouth filling wine with intense flavours including gooseberry & citrus. Very refreshing, a wonderful start to the evening and extremely "more-ish" . Good long finish on the palate with a lovely balanced level of acidity. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to any one looking for a good SB.

Absolutely loved the '03, so had to try the '04, and I have to admit it looks to be even better! Wonderfully elegant with good structure and balance, and a touch of alcohol on the finish (at 13% abv...) it is an absolute joy to drink - a trully awesome value wine. Elderflower and jasmin on the nose, with vegetal notes that, given another 6 months in the bottle, should develop into delicious asparagus overtones. Just lovely!

Sweet and fruity. Not dry at all. Peachy.

Great acidity, fruit to balance. Young and fresh, what we normally expect from an NZ SB.

Lots of lime and citrus peel on the nose. Great acidity, with melon, lime and grassy flavors.

Absolutely great, a lovely wine very typical of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, good length and boucquet.
