Still young and loaded with peach, ananas and citrus. Shows a bit of honey, too, yet it’s quite fresh. Rich and intense on the palate, but delivered with ease, it’s playful and seamless. Perfect acidity. Vibrant and easy to drink, but has complexity, too. Lots to enjoy here, a great wine. Drink now – 2030.
Orange blossom honey, fresh citrus, citrus preserves, white peach, and nectarine. Very pretty! Serious acid, seductive concentration, texture, and balance. Delicious as a sipper, nuts, and blue cheese. 91-92.

This is an outstanding Tokaji. The flavors would cause you to believe it was a 5 puttonyos and yet it is simply a late harvest. Sufficient acidity to balance the sweetness, which is not luscious / sticky, nor should it be as a late harvest. Pairs well with desserts.

The late-harvest, affordable offering from Royal Tokaji, but no less delicious and enjoyable than its more esteemed siblings. I haven't seen any more recent vintages - discontinued?
P: Gorgeous. Attack of intense tinned peach and tart marmalade. Floral honey blossom, white peach pithy grippy lift. Only med acid, but the grip and tartness holds everything in place.
F: Butterscotch, caramel, tart candied orange

A very pretty and a real alternative for people that don’t like very sweet dessert wines and frankly this can work well where offdry whites would blend well. Asian food and so on. Bright and refreshing, soft honey dollops, solid structure and a very solid wine . 91

All the markers are here that you'd expect in a red label bottle, they're just a bit less flamboyant. Ripe apricot, orange peel, honey, and tobacco notes commingle, supported by tingly acidity. Not as sweet nor as unctuous as its older siblings, and the finish is a tad short. Yet this is still delicious and an excellent value.

Deep yellow in color. Peach, honey, mandarin orange, star fruit, honeysuckle, bug spray, and musk on the nose.Golden delicious apple, pineapple, and honey on the palate. The sweetness is nicely balanced by the acidity and prevents it from being cloying and gives a nice edge of tartness to the sugars. Fried apples and ginger on a nice lingering finish.

Jua, wine pairing, May 8, 2021; 5/10/2021-5/11/2021 (E. 22nd St., New York, NY): With the two desserts, yuja (yuzu) ice cream and coconut, and a glazed doughnut: A relatively light version of sweet tokaji, not less sweet but less rich. Well-balanced and tasty.
