Nesten udrikkelig dag 1. Hadde ikke tid til å dekantere, ventet til dag 2 med resten. Se her ja: bringebær, fioler, krydder og kirsebær.

Just a perfect volnay pull. Drank half a bottle on Sunday. Corked and cellared till Wednesday..still fabulous. Great color, texture and mouthfeel. More savory than fruity but the cherry and berry fruit has a sweetness that is beautiful. I love his wines. So damn good. Highly recommended

Cherry and sour cherry nose with earth and a little barnyard aroma. Tannins with some edges roll with energy over the tongue adding dark red fruit and a some acidic, almost citrus-like pique. Tannins re-assert themselves again on the finish, providing a runway over which cranberry, earth, and light baking spice flow. Shows the interesting aspects of red Burgundy, though it ultimately seems to tantalize more than satisfy.

Flash note. Deeper garnet color. Lighter at the rim hut a dark core. Delicious with savory spices and beautiful mouthfeel and length. Fruit had a nice sweetness. Sweet bing cherry and ripe black raspberry. Highly recommended

Very ripe, black fruit, trimmed with earth, menthol, and spice. Ripe with a sweet edge but good acid and freshness. Silky tannins with real weight of fruit behind them. Good length. Delicious and I prefer it to the 2018 but it lacks a bit of detail.

Closed off initially Even a decant didn’t lead to anything more impressive than a basic Bourgogne rouge. Some spice, some black cherry. Minimal complexity on the nose Good length but nothing special Medium tannins

Young, delicious and fresh, showing some rose and pine hints on the nose, crunchy red fruit make up the palate which displays structure and poise, elegant, a bit of mineral on the finish, delicious and bright, serving up mushroom gravy pork chops next to this

What to try after a fine dinner with high class meat, pnp this Bourgogne, very young still, but open and really ready for business, fine red fruit, cherry, some spice, a very good balanced mouthfeel, if you want to critizise, lacking some complexity, but great flow over the midpalate, juicy and very silky red fruit finish, with some slow ox enjoyable now, but will gain complexity with some 3-5(+) years more in your cellar, **(*-?), around 89- 91
Last nearly half bottle on evening 26/05/2020: I am very surprised, nothing has changed here, no and I really do mean no, no tertiary aromas, very silky now, a smooth Bourgogne crowd pleaser after 3 days in the open bottle, great silky mouthfeel, ripe juicy cherry, the structure well set-up by the still very lively acid, stunning, for the next decade(+), around 90,91(+)

Appealing aromas with purple dark berries and a little licorice. Good berry flavors. Medium bodied and fresh wine with good fruit. Raspberries, cherries. Good salty touch. Fresh finish. Not too complex and will drink well early. Good wine. 90 points. For now. (90-92p)

Lovely, needs a bit of air to open up. Red fruits, mineral, and some Liquorice on the back end. Great bottle.

Veldig slank stil i munn. Nesten null vekt, høy syre og allerede snille/fine tanniner.

This was absolutely magnificent and is showing well at a young age. The WoTN against four or five other smart Burgundies.

Velvet and complexity in unison. Drinks very well right now, but will obviously benefit greatly from 3-5 more years in the cellar. Seems young.

La Paulée Zachy's Auction - Thursday (Le Bernardin Privé): Pronounced florals in the cherry nose with just a hint of greenness in the herbs. Juicy and bright on the palate with crunchy red fruit. Accessible already.
