Delicious. Deep, dark extraction. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot really shine in the blend. The Tempranillo provides a great base for the blend. Full mouth feel and long finish.

Enjoyed very much. Chocolate-y and dense purple fruit. Great after initially pouring thru an aerator. Got a bit strange after about half an hour (a bit astringent?) but then got good again.

Last of our three bottles and had hoped the tannins would have mellowed and develop however for me this just didn't. Still grippy even on the second day and surprised it didn't develop as much as I had hoped. For us we actually enjoyed the wine when it was younger.

Not normally a style I go for but I must say its delicious. Ripe, opulent and chocolaty but the richness is balanced by good acidity and a taut, grippy finish. I wouldn’t age this much due to the high alcohol but its fun now and well-done for the style.

This is an amazing blend! Full nose of leather, cigar box and dark fruits. Tastes on the palate include blackberry, raisins, dates and tannins indicating significant aging potential. The finish is long and silky! An amazing wine today that will probably continue to evolve for quite some time.
Cheers!

Always an unusual (but great) blend. Goes well with lighter fare such as pork loin. Great fruit but not enough tannin for more hearty fare. Also a good drinker on its' own.

Crazy blend, strangely good. As others have said give this a 30 minute+ decant or wait a while - a little tight right after opening but opens up very nicely with lots of raspberry keeping the tannins in check. Nice finish.

34% Tempranillo, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Syrah, 14% Petit Verdot, 6% aged in 77% New French for 18 months. Let breathe for several hours. Rich and concentrated aromas that share nuances of smashed blackberry, blueberry, plum, melted vanilla ice cream, hazelnuts, violets, roasted meat, citrus, coffee, pepper jelly and exotic spices. Full throttle on the palate revealing the high octane, ripe tannins and juicy acid. Flavors duplicate the nose showing smashed blueberries, blackberries and plum with vanilla, crème anglaise, violet pastilles, maple, roasted hazelnuts, coffee, wild meats, spice, pepper jelly and a hint of citrus. The finish closes with the tannins gaining intensity.

Nice tannins and overall mouthfeel but not quite as good as I remember in years past. May be my taster was just off a bit tonight but still very good wine

Still young and needs a good decant but this one never disappoints!

Way too tight even after >1 hour decant. But once you are past the tightness up front, it is good.
