Did drank very well after a wine blindtasting. Great powerful Cabernet Franc, Cassis, raspberry, paprika, crushed gravel and tobacco on the palate. With a great structure with both tannins and acidity backing the fruit. And a great length. We drank this bottle without any decant, but it did develop great in the glass. Drink or hold.

El Enemigo is project between Adrianna Catena (sister of Laura and daughter of Nicolas) and Catena Zapata winemaker Alejandro Vigil. 85% Cabernet Franc 15% Malbec; Some of it is fermented in oak, but aged in used oak. Darkest color so far. Sweet spicy nose. Some minerality. Silky smooth on the palate. Decent acidity. A decadent wine, but less alcohol than the Napa. 3,000 bottles made. Definitely the most elegant of all the wines while also having some of the most depth and complexity. 94+

Decanted for six hours and consumed over a three-hour Thanksgiving meal. Consistent notes to ProV1x1124. Great structure and balance. I think I saw someone write 'light' but this is far from light either in color or structure.

Smooth, velvety, light tanin, soft mouthfeel, light for a steak but a nice complement to lighter foods. My wife disagrees- "queda bárbaro a la carne"...
Returning to this wine I would be remiss if I did not note- in an edit- "que queda bárbaro con la boloñesa"- it is an epic pairing with spag bol

Visually the wine is a deep purple with aromas of black fruit such as fig, black plum and black berries. There is also aromas of roasted green pepper. The palate has an exuberant amount of baked blue and black berries. This wine has amazing structure and balance. It’s still a young wine and needs to spend more time in the cellar before it’s ready to fully impress you.

Medel+ strävhet och bra syra som ger struktur. Visst finns gröna toner, men frukten är generös och helheten är helt i balans. En utmärkt Cab Franc.

Hour + decant and this was singing. Amazing tannin structure, very bold and flavorful. Deep dark fruit all over the palate. Big time recommend
