Time to drink up, the nice zippy balance that kept it in balance had succumbed a little with age, revealing more pear and beeswax with a bit of bitter crabapple to finish.

Light, honey yellow color, green apple nose. Lightly tart apple and pear notes. A bit of minerality, and a touch of salinity. This one has developed nicely in the bottle, settling into a really good place. Very enjoyable.

Pop and pour. Notes from 24 hrs open. Fuller and eounder on the nose than the previous note suggests. Good minerality and acidity on the palate. Solid.

A classic Southern Italian white made from a grape varietal that should be more mainstream in my opinion. Bright golden color. You can smell the salty sea air in this wine. Other aromas include pears, peaches, apricots and plenty of minerals/wet stones. The fruits (apple, pear and peach and apricot) taste more cooked on the pallet. Touch of fresh herbs, beeswax and spices as well. Minerals are also very present. Medium plus body and lively acidity. Nice texture. Excellent!

Popped and poured. Light golden yellow color; flint and melon nose. Juicy mouthfeel, with moderate fruit. Melon, apricot peach and some minerality. A touch of salinity, leaning towards a Santorini assyrtiko. Nice wine. Great QPR

I'm not an Italian wine drinker, but this reminded me a bit of a Cali sav blanc...just with a little less "crisp" and acidity. Perfectly fine for happy hour.

I don’t drink a lot of Greco but when I do…I really like it. Beeswax, caramelized citrus candy but not sweet. A nice bitterness finishes with a really long finish. I love it.

This never disappoints. It's a superb warm weather wine, and pairs well with seafood. The acidity refreshes, and there's a minerality underlying the fruit that makes it interesting. Pop and poured. I need to find more for summer!

Ripe peaches, melons, apples, pears with an unmistakable saline/mineral finish. Full bodied all around, medium acid and drinks well with a margherita pizza!

Pop and pour. Lemon, good salinity, wet stone and soft herbs on the nose; more mineral and savory than fruity. On the palate: ok acidity, some slightly oily heft, lime, soft herbs and a hint of wet stone. I didn't mind the (very slight) bitterness on the back end that others have described and found this btl really enjoyable.

I've enjoyed Greco in the past, and found the first glass of this a refreshing curiosity, with a saline lemon/lime core, fresh herbs and subtle pit fruit flavors underneath. but that closing element of phenolic bitterness (dill weed?) also mentioned below put me off this after a glass or two. Would be a nice single glass with a green salad I suppose.

Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. Med lemon yellow with a green hue. Med + aromas of ripe lemon, green herbs, struck flint and wet stone. No oak. The nose is more developed than a year ago. Dry, but with plenty of sweet fruit at first, followed by lemon/lime flavors. Med alcohol (12.5%), med + to high acidity and med + minerality. Med body, med + flavor intensity and length. The drying finish has a touch of tannin and phenolic grapefruit pith bitterness. It is still drinking well but has faded a little over the years. Tasted again on 11/15/22 w/ consistent results.

Just OK in this vintage, but for €7,20, I'm not complaining. Maybe another year in the bottle can improve this, but I'm not overly hopeful. PnP drank over 2 hours; linear in that time. NR
Herinneringen. Strogeel in het glas. In de neus abrikoos en pit. In de mond stevige zuren tegen zacht primair fruit. De afdronk geeft een fijn bittertje van grapefruit. Zo proeft de lente en hoop.

The latest vintage, and it is a decent but somewhat unremarkable wine. Soft but fresh, pear and apple fruit, hint of spice, slightly fuzzy finish. Nice enough, but I had hoped for more from this renowned producer.

Voor mij een nieuwe druif. Mooi bleekgeel in het glas, duidelijke neus van perzik en ananas. In de mond mooi zuur, en ja, tonen van ananas. Toch ook voldoende strak. Leuk glas!

Straw yellow colour. Fine citrus aromas lead the way. Brisk minerality and a long saline closure make this wine delicious.
