High end Champagne 2012 vs 2013, tasted blind (Bad Ragaz): Production, 3g dosage. Light yellow, Discrete nose, quite closed, lemon on the attack, some bruised apples on the finish. Racy, medium complexity. Needs some more cellar time.

Champagne night: Curiously presented itself as a Pinot-heavy blend at first but with air it became more linear and the ripe green apple and citrus fruit began to express itself. Still felt quite taut and all potential at the moment, Agrapart champagnes really need time.

first time with this bottling, and wow I enjoyed it. Plenty of elegant ripe fruit but in balance and lots of great small notes mixed in. I was concerned it might be too young, but this bottle gave pure pleasure. Tasted sweeter than the 4gr/l of dosage

Another fabulous Agrapart, showing a healthy lemon, almond, and lime nose, airy and refined. And yet on the palate, this possesses intensity and weight - without any heaviness. Gorgeous natural ripeness of citrus married to a slightly savory element and transmitted in a rich champagne with very, very fine bulles.

The true spirit of razor-sharp chardonnay! Dracks på restaurang Aira ute på Djurgården.

Noe beskjeden nese av kjeks og grønne epler. Flott kremet tekstur i munn. Utrolig pen kurve med sømløse overganger. Svakt oksidative gule epler. Søt mint i finish. God lengde.

Color: medium gold. Mousse is long-lasting Nose: burnt whole wheat sourdough crust. Pear and apple. Lemon. Thin slices of almond toasted with burnt sugar. Then some octane. Butter and french pastry Palate: Perlage is reserved but tickling. Autolytic notes prevail in the fruit but the pear is there. Yeast and whole wheat bread, brioche, lemon. Salty and mineral. Closes on underripe apple Finish: coats the mouth and stays forever
Very powerful and nuanced. Really needs to be had on its own on the warmer side

Wonderfully mineral and refreshing at the end of a long night and stretch of reds.

Great depth and intensity. Lingers on the palate. Definitely young still. Really good quality.

Crushed rock, dried flowers and mint on the nose. The palate has good acidity and concentration. Crisp green apple and elderflower.

Always enjoy this grower and Avizoise specifically. Riveting energy and laser focus. Pretty darn electric.
