A decent middle of the road Cabernet has a decent filet berry scent but not much dark fruit a bit light for Cabernet medium tannins not overly complex nor layered but there is some nice oak fruit acidity that is well balanced and comes together nicely.
Dark violet hue with a nose of black fruit, evergreen and damp earth. Blackberries and dark chocolate on the palate with mouth coating tannins and medium-high acidity. While it’s a Cabernet, it’s lacking several of the varietals more desirable qualities.

The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, plum and forest floor. It tastes like black currant (cassis), blueberry, burnt match, cedar and forest floor. The body is full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity. Way too acidy, heavy, just ok.

The first night this wine was very generic, just tasted like red wine no varietal character. The second night after being kept with the screw on top it has a little more varietal character I can get some cherries and Bayleaf but no cigar box or any other Cabernet characteristics. I’m very disappointed in this wine.

Noticeable eucalyptus, blackberry, earth, and cedar/cigar box. The eucalyptus really dominates the finish, along with a bit of astringency from the tannins. A unique take on cabernet.

Beautiful combination of aromas and flavors here. Fresh earth, cedar box, black raspberry and cassis, tobacco and brown spice, even some dried flowers. Leathery tannins and great concentration midpalate backed by a solid streak of acidity that continues through the finish. A tiny bit austere now but definitely has room to develop. Very well made wine. Insane value here. This is 100% Coonawarra cab that spent a year on 5% new French oak with the rest used.

Nose: Bold scents of bing cherry, crushed plum, cut sage, and juniper bush. Fragrant, intense projection.
Mouth: Pure flavors of juiced bitter cherry, red plum, and red currant stream through around a burly midpalate mound of black tea, potting soil, and peach pit. Finish ends on an extended powdered spice note, mingling with the pepper/pit notes as easy tannins lurk from the edges.
Overall: Fresh and serious, with beautifully vivid sage on the nose ahead of a complex red fruit melange in the mouth. A broad shouldered and savory take, showing a bit like a baby Napa mountain cab, without the plushness but with all of the commitment to the flavors. Drink now - 2028. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

The medium-high intensity nose offers currant and cherry aromas with hints of cassis and sweet spice. It's medium+ bodied on the palate with barnyard and earthy flavours, followed by cherry and red berry replays. Acids are very good, while soft tannins are a touch structured. Earthy notes linger on the finish, with very good length.

Light cherry and spice scents, pretty angular, rough edges, might need some time to smooth out, flavors of blackberry, cherry and pepper, enjoyable with a snack but lacking elegance

Тёмно-рубиновый цвет, мутноватое, малопрозрачное. В аромате чёрные ягоды, джем, много ванили, горелое дерево, чернослив, шоколад. Во вкусе плотное, танинное, спиртуозное, высокая кислотность. 88/100

Both bold and bright, not overpowering tannins, nicely balanced. Enjoyed with a delicious filet mignon with Miahky/Mcgann and Vinson/Jung families.

Tasty, but not remarkable. When in doubt at a store, I'd buy it again.

PnD 3/4 of the bottle. Let air for 2hrs.
Ripe with balance touch of capsicum to let you know it’s Cab. Nicely fresh for Aus. Straight up delicious. Great value.
