Solid value for money at ~$19 in Burgundy which is pretty tough to come by these days. It won’t wow you but it’s well built, balanced red fruit, earth, and acidity. Only thing that really lets it down is the finish which is a bit abrupt.

Garnet with a deep red core. Smelled cherry, strawberry, cedar, orange rind; tasted more cherry and juicy with some chewable vitamin flavor as well. Medium body, leaning acidic with some bitter tannin showing through, especially on the finish.

Ruby red. Open, but lighter, nose right from the PnP. Cherries, strawberries, earth, barnyard, with a hint of black tea and mushrooms. Medium bodied, medium acidity (but not flabby), dry, smooth, with a light extraction. Palate is a spot-on Bourgogne – cherries, strawberries, a bit of leather. Firm tannins bring along black tea and black pepper. Finish is long, tannic, with a huge mineral streak.
This is not a deep wine – What did show up is well executed and what I expect from Jadot’s Bourgogne bottling. Unfortunately the price tag of $17.50-$20 does beg the QPR question, but it is still hard not to enjoy a well-made Burgundy.

Cherries, strawberries, barnyard earthy aroma. Some floral character. Stem tannins. Good balanced acidity. Quite pleasant generic Bourgogne. Better chilled and after some air. Fair price at 21USD.

I expected this to be at least serviceable for $15 (Costco), and it slightly surpassed my expectations. Not super-special, but not boring either- beautiful and expressive Pinot Noir that showed lovely fruit, elegance, and some relative complexity. For sure in the upper echelon of entry-level PN, just a step behind the last Faiveley Bourgogne Rouge I tried and a handful of entry-level US examples.
Nicely aromatic, high-toned nose with fresh, airy strawberry at the fore, with a *touch* of riper cherry. Simple but super pretty fruit. Tiny little herbal, earthy, sappy accents, extremely subtle minerality and a whisper of vanilla oak. 80% fruit, but the other scents add depth for sure.
Palate starts with a burst of tart strawberry and continues for a little while- as the fruit fades, it shows little earthy notes (thyme?) and slight salinity- not quite enough ripeness for the acid (feels tart in the end) but it comes close. Tannins are perfect for cheap burg, chalky enough to feel serious, but still friendly. Doesn't need any aging though- this needs the full blast of young Pinot fruit, and doesn't seem to have any hidden complexity or depth lurking. $15-$20 is great QPR, $25 brings a lot of tough competition.
Easy enough to drink, though no particularly distinct or highly enjoyable characteristics. Checks the basic Burgundy boxes without doing much more. Dry with structured tannins. No point in aging aside from perhaps softening the edges through end of 2022 and likely not longer.

Pretty strong entry level Burg at the $15/btl price point that I paid. Clean and light with subdued fruit and some earthy notes. I'd pass on this at higher that the price I paid, as I prefer OR Pinot on the lower end of the price spectrum that can be had in that price range. If scoring, 87 - 88.

Tasted best immediately after opening, at which point the fruit was more pronounced. After an hour in the glass it flattens out and seems to lose complexity. Dark fruits with some spice. Somewhat tanic finish. Not bad for $20!

Light ruby color but wine a nice bouquet of fresh raspberries in a light cream. Palate is silky with some fruit tart ending in a medium body. This is incredibly good for the price. Drink up!

This is ok. Has simple aromas of blueberries, minerals, raspberries and flowers. Its savoury light to medium bodied decently oaked blue fruits palate is a little foursquare but with good freshness and decent length. 13%.

Color: light ruby Legs: minimal, lower alcohol Nose: red fruit, cherry, strawberry, oak Palate: cherry, low acidity, raspberry Finish: Medium
Not much complexity, but pretty enjoyable. It’s hard to make pinot noir under $25 without a lot of manipulation, but this tastes “authentic.” Might replace fess Parker senorita hills as our go to budget pinot noir

Bright bouquet of cherries, violets and sweet tar. Red berries with a backnote of beef jus and earth. Smooth on the palate with already-integrated tannins leading into a dry, medium-length finish. Solid every-day drinker if you find it for $15 ish (which I did).

Great wine, perfectly representative of the variety, style and region. I would agree with some other comments that it falls somewhat between two camps. Either pay less for something nearly as good, or pay a bit more for something more complex. Maybe another vintage would be different.

This is my second bottle of Jadot 2018 Bourgogne. I thought the first had possibilities so I bought some more. It is a very good value for a generic Burgundy and there is a reason for that: it is simply not very good. Jodot has produced millions of bottles of this wine. It is highly astringent and acidic and not at all well-balanced. Underneath the surface there is some complexity, pehaps somewhat thin red fruit, and I thought that if I let it oxidize a few days it might improve. That is the case, but it doesn't get good enough to buy a bunch. Perhaps it will be better in a couple years, but if you pay about twice as much you can get a decent regional Burgundy that will be much more enjoyable to drink. Try this, and prove me wrong.
Very refreshing and light on the palate, and when swishing it around, big explosion of fresh fruit. It is not very complex, but an excellent pairing with a chicken meal. It is a shame that the tariffs on <14% abv French wines have downgraded Jadot's export from Villages to Bourgogne in order to keep it below $20.
Very enjoyable and refreshing, close to a Beaujolais Nouveau in character, but I wouldn't buy again at this price point unless found at a further discount from Costco. Let's hope the tariffs get overturned soon so Jadot can export higher quality from Burgundy at the same price point. Definitely a crowd pleaser, however.

Bought it at Costco in Baja. Enjoyable, albeit simple. Improved after it opened up for an hour. Smell was a bit muted throughout. Tannins were pretty strong throughout as was acidity. This may be better with another couple of years in the bottle.
Not worth seeking out but not regretting purchasing during my time in Mexico.

Popped and poured. Nose of black cherry, raspberry, mushroom, earth and spice. Tart cherry, red plum, earth, toasted oak and chewy tannins on the palate. Finishes with good length. Medium bodied. Served with ham steak.
Dark purple with some translucence. The nose is much more complex than the palate. Aromas of bruised strawberries, rubber, mushrooms, and soil. The attack is singularly dark cherries followed by rubber and cola in the mid-palate. There was a stoniness in the finish. Bright acid. Thin body and long length.
