Deeply colored; richly fruited, texturally relaxed and silky for a young hearty red; this 50/50 blend of Merlot and Cad Franc provides everything you need to accompany a roast, lamb, a great steak,.. Ready to go, no waiting ten + years for a great CS to shake out and show its stuff. Great value for this quality! 93+

This is the way wine should be. Every wine I have ever had of Andrew Will, I swear I could drink these everyday & any day. Great balance of nose to mouth feel. A true Bordeaux blend.

One hour decant. Deep dark ruby red color. Lovely aromas of red and black fruit with floral and mineral notes. Rich full bodied palate of black cherries and black berries with mocha and earthy mineral notes. Well balanced with firm tannins and an enjoyable long finish. Should be great for years to come!

Deep, dark reddish-purple in color, almost opaque. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of dark cherries, blackberries & plums with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes of violets, dark cocoa, herbal notes, coffee, minerals, spices, olives & a hint of oak/vanilla in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of dark cherries, blackberries & plums with herbs, spices, dark cocoa, minerals & a hint of oak & vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing but should develop further with additional aging. (A blend of 50% Cabernet Franc & 50% Merlot).

Double decanted through aerator and poured straight away. Wow! You can smell the cherries and chocolate wafting from the glass from several feet away. Full bodied with lots of stuffing, this could go for a while! Right now it’s very bold, fruit forward, plush, silken, but awkwardly imbalanced on the finish. The acid is too prominent there so this could benefit from more time to integrate. This bottle warrants purchasing several and experiencing them over time.

Dark fruit which is nicely integrated. Fruit forward but with balance.
