Nose: Light earth, dark fruit, oak, coconut, some aromatic notes.
Palate: Medium on the entry, quite light mid-palate with some medium to fine tannins. Nicely balanced acidity with round almost sweet fruit. Aftertaste is light with mostly fruit and no stemmy character.

Compact nose with cassis, chocolate and cedar. Quite smooth, loads of fruit, some plum. Dry finish, good amount of tannins. Needs time to integrate the elements, but will probably enter the window in not too many years.

Consistent to my en primeur notes. Very elegant, fine dark fruit, soft tannins and well dosed wood. Ready to drink with plenty of substance. Couldn’t find any drying or unfavourable nuances. Best vintage of Camensac, very good QOR. Great Haut Medoc 91-92

Medium-bodied, soft, fresh and fruity, with a peppery accent to the sweet, ripe, currants and herbs, with a dab of chocolate in the endnote. You can enjoy this with ease on release and over the next decade or longer. Drink from 2022-2032.

I had the 2003 many years ago and was disappointed - but the 2019 is a fine wine, perfect when you do not want to make a fuzz, yet serve a good wine.

Amsterdam UGCB Tasting (Beurs van Berlage): Much like La Tour Carnet. There is some ripe fruit, but overall the wine is raw and dry.

Red berries, extremely spicy for a Haut Medoc wine. Very fine tannins and great balance. Medium+ finish. Great value. 92-93
