Opening the bottle truly released a plethora of aromas. The color of the wine is very good, though slightly lacking in transparency. It presents notes of red fruits, vanilla, and a pronounced oak aroma, with a hint of sweetness. Initially, it felt like it hadn't fully opened up, and once it did, the aromas began to decline. Overall, it's still very good, but we all feel it may have passed its peak. Nonetheless, it was a remarkably stunning experience.
No real nose to speak of. Subtle palate, red fruits, spice, mineralite, structurally resolved, feminine, graceful, possibly should have slow oxed a while longer.

Brilliant bouquet of fresh raspberries and blueberries. Mixed with bacon, iodine and lots of minerality. The palate remains fresh and young with good acidity and nicely integrated tannins. This wine should easily keep for another decade but it offers a lot of fun right now.

Dark ruby. Truly perfumed, explosive nose of black raspberry, anise, iodine, earth, pine forest, and violets. Dense, primary blackberry and black raspberry fruit on the palate with notes of cherries, soy, and balsamic chiming in. Copious acidity and chewy but manageable tannin on the structured framework with an undercurrent of Vosne nobility. Long finish with waves of dark fruit, stone edifice, and grip. Too primary for complexity to be sure but what a wallop of a village wine.

Extremely youthful, beautifully balanced and utterly delicious. Has velvety red and black fruits. There's some pleasant wood spice and the wine has great intensity for its level. There are engaging purple flower scents and the wine is seriously good village red Burg.

Squeeky clean nose, red cherries and plums, and red grapes. Stoney mineral, flowers. no noticeable oak.
Austere palate. Cherries, flowers, grapes, stoney mineral. Firm, delineated tannins (not unpleasant, but firm), lots of acid, and a surprisingly long finish for such an austere wine. I suspect that in a few years this will be the wine of the bunch.

Surprisingly airy and forward with sweet red fruit and Vosne spice. Very good for a village.
