Bouquet of green apples and hints of apricots, and earth notes after a while. Nice crisp acidity. Very long finish. A tiny bit overpriced if you compare it with similar French Rhone whites, but still a nice bottles to pair with salads or seafood.

Difficult to get a handle on. Definitely a food wine. Lemon chicken or something with some acid brings out the benefits. My first time with Marsanne...I'm not sure my palate grasped the experience. I wouldn't rush back.

87% Marsanne, 13% Roussanne. Creamy vanilla nose with lemon cream and melon on the palate. Fresh & clean. Silky mouthfeel. Dry. Moderately long finish. Very pretty wine with the kind of gentle acidity on the finish that makes you want to keep sipping. Elegant. 12.5% alco (thanks!), cork. (D 6, F 6; Cent.)

A little stinky, some cheese nuts and crushed stone. This wine wasnt really that expressive aromatically. High acid and somewhat disjointed...sort of boring did not enjoy as much as i thought i might from the looks of my notes

Amazing how good this wine is 10 yrs later. Mature wine but still has some acid and "bright" fruit

Light, crisp with pear and muted citrus. Very good.

Easy to drink at 12% or so, as nice as the last bottle and had an element of exotic fruit

Okay. Not as good as I expected, given the price. (82.5).

Light straw color. Nose of pear, honey and apple. Fresh palate of pear and citrus peel. Pleasant acidity. Decent length. Good and interesting wine.

connoisseur wines new world and new additions fall portfolio (Vivere, Chicago IL): nose: oily nose with lemon cream tones, citrus, and some cinnamon tones
taste: easy and light feel with lemon cream tones and citrus tones
overall: nice introduction to marsanne, but its pretty simple and has almost no finish. a solid wine, but not much more

Nice acidity. Kind of wierd mouthfeel for me, though . . .too big and luxurious to match the acidity. Not really good QPR for my tastes.

Floral and fruity, but overpowered by too much oak for my taste (which is probably a bit biased toward unoaked whites)
